Well don't say that to Florida with there three strike laws. Three strikes mean if you get a driving on suspended three times welcome to 5 to 7 years prison. Three trespassings welcome to 3 to 5 years. Florida loves to use your past against you in a court of law. He only got it hidden last time because he worked for Digital Risk LLC who worked for the NSA and DHS spying on your mortgages. And his dad was a judge and his mom was a interpreter for the very court house he was in front of.

Ahhh okay. I thought you were talking about this incident. I've tried to pull from all sources .... CNN, FOX, NY Post, TMZ, etc. And TMZ is really scooping everyone. They are getting statements from (unnamed) cops and more info than anyone. The regular news folks are quoting TMZ. They are like the mob .. informants all over L.A.

The previous poster is correct ... Southpark should do a TMZ episode. It would be classic!

at him for any little thing that might happen in his life.. LETS HANG EM..

Funny how if it is something bad he did, everyone is lying. But if it is something good he did. He is telling the truth. Could you be any more biased?

BTW, bad people can do good things, and vice versa. I see it all the time. One good action doesn't negate all bad actions.

Okay, that's good information. He's been arrested but not charged. They have three days to charge him. And you are right ... I"m sure they'll be VERY CAREFUL to make sure they have everything exactly right when they go to charge him. In the mean time .. he sits in jail because his arrest is a felony.

The only thing I think Zimmerman has done wrong so far was
getting into a relationship and living with some chick he thinks he loves..
He totally let himself be set up.. Problems with the ex wife, the trayvon trial,
i'm sure the guy was just wanting someone to love and love him.. He should of not
have been so naive..

Everyone wants to go on right ahead and burn him at the stake
the first sign of any wrong doing, AND ITS TRUE AND HE IS GUILTY!!

BUT when he goes and saves 4 black peoples lives on the freeway in a car wreck,
its just all made up, he didn't save those people all fabricated. Which there is
much evidence he did save their lives..

He does anything good its a lie
He does anything bad its true
to the hang zimmerman forever crowd

Now they are upset so upset of him being not guilty

This new accusation will be met with the truth, and when the truth comes out, you will see zimmerman
being witch-hunted

What does this arrest have to do with 'three strike laws'?
Zimmerman has not been found guilty of anything previously.
So he has no strikes on his official record.
Just being arrested and released isn't a strike.

Three Strike Law

Three-strikes laws are statutes enacted by state governments in the United States which mandate state courts to impose harsher sentences on habitual offenders who are convicted of three or more serious criminal offenses. In most jurisdictions, only crimes at the felony level qualify as serious offenses. Twenty-four states have some form of habitual offender law. The name comes from baseball, where a batter is permitted two strikes before striking out on the third.

I think you are projecting your personal issues onto this guy. The fact that the first thing you do is slander the girlfriend, who you don't have the first clue about, in defense of this guy, who killed an unarmed kid, is very telling of your character.

It shows your past is all ways used against you in Florida. Even when they sentence you they use point system based on your past driving and criminal record. And when it comes to charging some one they also use your past to determine the charges to use on you. It is more than just three strike laws it is ingrained in the system in Florida.

wow what a surprise his new allegedly pregnant girlfriend is pressing charges. his ex wife pressed charges, his other ex wife pressed charges. as neighborhood watch "concerned neighborhood home owner" follows, gets into altercation, shoots and kills an unarmed teenager, allegedly punches an old man in the nose, as security for an illegal underground party allegedly throws lady party goer to the floor causing injury to her ankle, allegedly makes racist remarks to a co-worker, allegedly molests a female relative, makes disparaging remarks about minorities, brags about getting off on domestic abuse charges, and claims to biker gangs on his myspace, lies to the court about how much money he had...etc etc i fail to see any pattern here do you? sounds like an upstanding citizen that just keeps being accused of being a bad guy by his haters.

I think that law enforcement is completely aware of Zs propensity to violence; A ticking time bomb if you will.

He is going to jail and he has no one to blame but himself. It's not a witch hunt. He eventually will be forced to take personal responsibility for his actions; either in the joint or in the morgue.

Technically Zimmerman has no past, according to the law.
He's been convicted of nothing. He doesn't have any 'strikes' according to the law.

If he was to go for a security clearance .. THEN he'd have a past. They ask about arrests.
He'd never get a security clearance.

Also, they don't need to provide bail opportunity until there is a charge in the matter. His history is such that they can't do it, lest they wanna face the wrath of American media.

Remember, though, that all jurisdictions will go to the judge for the highest possible charge available under whatever evidence they have. Unless you're dealing with someone special, which Z is, but he is no longer the sacred cow. Kid gloves are off and if there is merit, he's going to get nailed.

Florida is also a bad place to go to jail. He should've moved to Colorado and learned how to 'relax' and lead a more quiet life.

When they use Lexis Nexis to do security checks through HP? Or how about USIS who was hacked for years including just before Obama care was released. Cold Fusion Adobe hacked. The intelligence community does what ever the Intelligence community wants. Even like have the Uncle testify and lie before the courts. Or a judge to squash charges and cases. Or even the God Father who was the State Attorney.

This whole saga has been done by Southpark the episode came out a couple weeks ago...

A very bias episode www.southparkstudios.com...

What is VERY strange, almost this exact same situation that he is being accused of was used in the episode..

Life imitating art? How do we know this new g/f is not getting paid off
to make this stuff up... Shelly already has her hands in georges wallet
in the new divorce fillings..

Think about how much money the MSM and tabloids are making off zimmerman
and even comedy central..

let me fill you in on your love interest....

He has been fired from jobs from being too aggressive.

Many coworkers call him Jekyll and Hyde. They said his temper made him a liability.

Following Tayvon was not his first history of stalking people. one driver filed a complaint against him because Zimmerman was tailgating him, and pulled up next to him. The driver was afraid he was going to be attacked.

Members of his own community reported that he was overly aggressive as a watch commander and has followed residents to their houses before. There were complaints made to the HOA about him. Right before the murder, a resident filed a complaint with the police because Zimmerman approached the resident at his house.

BTW, Zimmerman didn't get out of attacking the police because the police were wrong, he got out of it by taking a drug and alcohol class to settle it.

And then there are the assault charges by the fiance and the wife and now the girlfriend.

Lets not forget all the Defense money that people donated to Zimmerman, that never actually paid for defense?

Zimmerman has a classic case of mental illness like borderline and bipolar disorder. They can be nice, they can be mean and aggressive. The behaviors like road rage and stalking people are TEXTBOOK behaviors.

The man has issues.

It's not just Florida, it's everywhere that your past is used against you. Remember back in grade school when they said "this will go on your permanent record?" You thought it was a joke, but it's true.

So you can win in a court of law, but lose in the court of public opinion. It is never over. People can't remember the past too well, but they can sure as hell hold a grudge.

There was nothing to make up on the things he did good.. The family he saved thanked him, the cops confirmed zimmerman saved these people. Multiple witnesses saw zimmerman rush to help the family out of a burning car on its side with a fire extinguisher and tire iron to break the windows out to save them....
Denial is a hard thing to deal with. Zimmerman has now again been demonized, he is already guilty in the court of public opinion again.. USA innocent until proven guilty.

Doesn't it seem reasonable that Zimmerman is in the news because he has a lot of residual notoriety at the moment?

As for this:

BUT when he goes and saves 4 black peoples lives on the freeway in a car wreck,
its just all made up, he didn't save those people all fabricated. Which there is
much evidence he did save their lives..

He saved their lives? This is so overblown. Yes, he did help a family get out of their overturned SUV. There were no reported injuries, the vehicle didn't burst into flames, etc. Certainly a good and admirable gesture, but is that really "saving their lives?"

Also, the family he helped out of the overturned SUV was not black:

EDIT:

If I'm not mistaken, the claims that the car was on fire were created by brietbart.com because they assumed the car must have been on fire because GZ reportedly had a fire extinguisher with him. There was nothing in the police reports about a fire (or injuries).
