On the SECCHI movie site, choose HI 1, 512, ahead, date 20131114, 1 day. ISON is to the left of Mercury and appears to be moving downward rather than left to right.
secchi.nrl.navy.mil...

Here is a still. The comet is about 2/3 the way to the left edge from Mercury. Better seen in the movie form.

Others have indicated that this could be Comet Encke . Lovejoy is in the same area but would be traveling in an upward direction. All 3 comets are in a very small FOV from STEREO ahead.

It is confirmed that this is Comet Encke. ISON will come into view in about 3 days on STEREO A HI 1
