The all clear has been issued. Campus is secure; resume normal activities.

Thank goodness. No one was injured and people are safe. That's the most important.

NP. Good ole Muncie doesn't make the ATS radar often

If it happens near me, it will be reported on

People forget about David Letterman, he went to Ball State. And in the movie Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Richard Dreyfuss wore a shirt from Ball State. It means a lot to central Indiana, so it is important enough to talk about.

It is a big deal for Indiana.

Its always a big deal when guns in private hands are involved.

Lol, in fact this time it turns out to be one of the cops on guard, imagine that?

Thats the problem with "gun control". Where there was no threat there became one provided by the very measures in place to protect against the threat.

And that would be called irony.

But it is always better safe than sorry.

But it is always better safe than sorry.

Which creates an atmosphere of the little boy who cried wolf. This was a noise someone heard which turned out to be an "accidental" discharge of a guards gun.

And everyone over reacted. So a whole afternoon was wasted in lockdown, frightened out of their wits…

Really, how safe is that?

Everyone is too hypersensitive, too programmed at the slightest hint of a "gun". Control thru fear.
