Very few details about this one, and it appears that the airport is reopened, but early this morning an Austral Lineas Aereas Embraer E190 departed the runway and struck the ILS antennas. No word on passengers on board, or injuries. In fact it didn't make the news at all, almost.

There were 96 people on board, no one was injured. There was a cold front moving over the airport at the time, and the wind suddenly shifted direction and strength. They went 730 feet off the end of the runway. It's registration LV-CKZ, operating as AU/AR-2225 from Rio de Janeiro.

The E190 is limited to 10 knots of tailwind, and 15 knots of crosswind. Winds were estimated to be 20 knots of tailwind and 18 knots of crosswind for the runway they used.
