You do it now and the MIC would just use this as an opportunity to unite the people against their next target. What better way to change political direction. All Obama would have to do is blame the FF on Iran and off we go to bring Democracy to Iran, with the support of most of the american people.

The targets are two banks? You know besides the loss of life, I really don't see any downside to a FF like this. Maybe they can schedule it while the bank executives are all present in the building. This has got to be fake, there is no way that the government would target two buildings that people may actually celebrate being demolished.

Thanks for posting this. I am a firm believe that a site like ATS best benefits people in reporting information then letting each individual form their course of action based on that information.

That being said their are a few things I disagree with and hopefully these come out logically and not as if I am trying to be confrontational.

You mentioned that Bill Cooper predicted 9/11 in a video and he never did that, it's sort of become an Urban Conspiracy Legend. I am as big a Cooper fan as their was, i'm also a firm believer that the Govt was not unhappy when he passed awaywas murdered. I was lucky and got to see him lecture in person multiple times and his video showing the puffer fish assassination of JFK , later proven to be a hoax, is what got me into conspiracies many many years ago. Hell the first conspiracy book I read when I was in my teens was Behold a Pale Horse. I'll gladly discuss with you what he said about an attack on the US and how he mistook the reporting of someone that had a media based relationship with Bin Laden as an indication of the Govt being involved but he never predicted 9/11. What he predicted was a vague and nebulous possible attack which given the political state of the world at the time a rock could have predicted and would have had a good chance at being right.

I take the claims of "Anonymous the Hactivist" group sort of with a grain of salt. Any script kiddie could launch a DoSDDoS put on a fawkes mask , use some vague Matrix vernacular and say they are Anonymous. Unless their is information released to prove anything then it's just fear mongering. To me , any group that deems itself judge, jury and executioner are just as bad as the Govt, businesses, cause, events that they rail against.

As I said in my opening, thanks for posting the message whether I believe it or not as this is the reason why I come here.

OP is as non-committal and balanced as possible towards the material, and posts it purely for discussion purposes.

I think perhaps you (and the others making the same claim of 'fear porn') are over-reacting a little. How would you have us discuss things like this? Or should we not discuss them at all? Where is the line between discussing potential future events that could possibly be scary and 'fear porn'?

Perhaps we can turn this into a rainbows and butterflies forum, where we only ever discuss friendly, happy, cheerful things and never things that might be considered 'scary'?

It's only 'fear porn' when the author intentionally creates a disproportionate reaction of fear in his or her readers. 'Fear porn' seeks solely to create an emotional reaction, not discuss something rationally. That's fear porn. This is simply not.

TPTB # us on a daily basis so no, they do not need a False Flag. Do they use it as an opportunity to exploit the ignorance and fear in America, yes, but at this juncture we are not like we were pre 9/11. Economy was good...Internet boom...BJ's in the oval office and we were bombing terrorists.

Was there bad news on the radar pre 9/11, yes, but not like now. Then it was about ideology and payback, now it is about putting knife in deeper.

This video does not seem to be of the caliber that Anonymous usually provides. There is not intro graphic segment to the video, there is an actual human voice which could be voice-printed if ever needed, I do not think the real Anonymous official media production would let that slip by.

This sounds more like someone from OWS than Anonymous to me.

I will check the news and ATS tomorrow and see how this turns out.

The problem with "Anonymous" is that anyone who can dig up a Guy Fawkes mask can put it on, spout any old bollocks, and viola! Anonymous reveals false flag event! Anonymous demonstrates that the moon landing was faked! Anonymous shows that the reason the moon landing was faked was because we were afraid of the Nazi bases on the moon!

In concept, Anonymous was a pretty good idea. In practice… meh.

Now that it's been published, from anonymous or not, there will likely be nothing that happens since now there is attention drawn to this BEFORE it happens. If TPTB plans a false flag, imo, they will do it when no one expects it....I think.

I feel if anything happens with claims of being anonymous that the FBI will have an easier time doing a round up. Wether it be public by the identity of the mask or online. Which is really opposite then what the movie portrays that they base their motif.

My question is why does it have to be a FF attack. I mean, if I was as terror group what better time than right now to launch a serious and crippling attack. The US is poor, pissed of and not prepared. The POTUS and admin are backed into a corner regarding issues from Healthcare to debt ceilings to simple press conferences. The country is in a state of disarray so if I was a foreign entity I would do it now....
