I thought our government/ banking/ military/ corporate power structure was
already the most corrupt entity on the planet?

Perhaps, though I would think it wise to starve the beast rather than feed it.
LOL, on seeing the aspect. Brilliant...

I'll stop lying to the government when they stop lying to me.

Unfortunately, we're the only ones that would go to jail for something like that. They get carte blanche to continue on with businesses usual.

America has many socialist programs the one program
that has been missing is a healthcare system.

Ah, how quaint. Said in the true spirit of socialism,
and echos of Harry Reid.

So you're refuting his statements by saying "how quaint?" You do of course realize that any program funded by our tax dollars is by definition "socialist?"

No; it is what is commonly known as Sarcasm.

I have no interest in socializing our healthcare system
to match any other level of socialist programs.

Thanks, the thing is that the agenda is so obvious that anybody looking at it for what it is can see it in front of their own eyes.

Governments are deceiving, and we got one system that have brake all the records around the world.

They will do anything to save face.

And that will be the tag for the ACA, saving face.

at about 8 minutes into this video, it states that THEY ARE NOT PART OF THE ACA, nor do they have an official role. the are a local community outreach, that's it. if they are trying to scam the government, lock them up. but don't make them sound as if they take direct orders from the Obama administration or the ACA team.

They are officially stamped with approval by the ACA training,
which is controlled by HHS. Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Sebelius
they OWN this.

Really good point you have Marge, I think Obama knows this is an ultimate
fail, everything about it is epic fail, even when confronted with countless
records of his assurances that people would not be forced to buy
Obamacare plans, and how insurance premiums would go down; yet
now everyone will be forced to buy Obamacare plans, and everyone
will see prices go up; Sebelius with the failed website....they
are in deep denial. To admit they were wrong; not going to happen.

So they must continue to lie even more, and engage everyone in lies
to muddy the waters. The more failures between the better
as then they can point to others for the failure.

Cornyn calls for halt to ObamaCare navigators on heels of undercover video

The bandini is going to hit the fan.....

Republican Sen. John Cornyn -- citing Health Secretary Kathleen Sebelius' recent admission that felons potentially could become ObamaCare navigators as well as new undercover video showing questionable behavior by these officials -- called Monday for the program to be halted.

Cornyn ripped the program after conservative activist James O'Keefe released a new video that appears to depict ObamaCare navigators, in Cornyn's home state of Texas, encouraging applicants to fib on their applications.

"This behavior is unacceptable, and is yet another broken piece of a deeply flawed system.

Well, it's a sad thing, but this industry / system has become SO greedy and corrupt that people basically have to lie, many times, in order to get fair coverage and not get completely raped by the insurance companies.

I wish it were different, but it's not. And until the insurance companies start operating differently, in a way that's more fair for the consumer, there will always be a strong incentive to lie.

Insurance companies are in the business to make money.

If there are plenty of insurance companies in operation, the consumer gets a choice.... and the insurance companies have an incentive to provide a superior product at the lowest prices possible... competition.

The more government involvement there is in the system, the lower quality of product the consumer has available to them.

Single payer? Yay, we will have no choices.

People really need to start being Pro-Choice.

The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation; The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation; The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living; The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad; The right of every family to a decent home; The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health; The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment; The right to a good education. All of these rights spell security.

Where are people being denied these rights?

What is really meant is that people that don't have a desire to provide for themselves NEED to have the government provide these things for them.

This is a problem that progressives have given us. No one has to take responsibility for themselves.

And these Navigators are given grant money, and tax money
paid to them by The Federal Government....in essence
paid to advise people to commit fraud.

Wow, this is completely insane.

Not surprising as it was ACORN type "community organizers" who were hired in typical Obama cronyism to do this.

It "was" plenty of insurance companies in businesses, some with outstanding insurance benefits others shady ones with minimum coverage.

But do not expect any improvement under the ACA, actually the ACA will kill most insurances leaving a monopoly of just a few that will become the very soon to be "too big to fail" if ACA sticks, just like banks they will become more powerful and in full control and with the law behind them.

Why? because only the biggest companies will control health care.

What ACA should be able to do it was just an illusion, as usual when government gets its dirty hands in the pot, if cooperative health insurance pools were allowed but many states will not do it.

Affordable Care Act ensures monopoly of health insurance companies, banks

This article is from July 2012 and it talks how insurance could become the next too big to fail thanks to the many loopholes in ACA.

What will be the net effect of the ACA of 2010 over the short and longer term?

Strategically, I believe we can work with it, mainly due to the cooperative health insurance pools provision mentioned at the conclusion of this brief. In the short-term, it will improve access and some benefits; yet, longer term, the built-in loopholes create opportunities for the industry to circumvent the progress and create fewer and more powerful insurance companies. Yet for now, the ball is at least in the industry’s court.

Like the more than 2,000 page Dodd-Frank Banking law, the ACA will further consolidate control of health care into fewer and even more powerful health insurance companies, (like banks). United Health Group, Wellpoint, Aetna, Humana, Cigna will gain further access to markets previously limited to largely state and regional health insurers across the U.S. (see ACA section 1333, p. 206 (b) “Authority for Nationwide Plans”, subsection 1(A) states:
” the issuer of the plan may offer the nationwide qualified health plan in the individual or small group market in more than 1 State”). Currently, little to no competition in state markets exists as the dominant insurer already controls the majority of the market share (by enrollment) when taken in aggregate and individually(in most states) across the 50 states (Source: How competitive are state insurance markets ? (Kaiser Family Foundation, Oct 2011). Note that the The McCarran-Ferguson Act of 1945 also provides that federal anti-trust laws do NOT apply to the “business of insurance”. This has allowed for substantial consolidation (buyouts, mergers, aquisitions, in the health insurance industry. The largest U.S. health insurer, United Health Group’s revenues now exceed $100 billion due to takeovers of other health insurers from coast to coast since 1991.

I wonder also if they are just helping certain sector of the population, I remember the last scandal under Acorn.

I guess when fraud runs as deep as the higher seat in the nation is ok to spread it down the ladder.

Not so and a common misconception about socialism. Government funded means government funded.... Socialist is worker ownership of the means of production.
