See info on America's grid drill/shutdown here:

www.abovetopsecret.com...

China will have soldiers with boots on the ground in Hawaii during the Black-Out drill, November 12-14, 2013. Also, England will be participating in the drill, aiming at how the Bank Structure in their country would do, doing a black out.

WTH? Some background leading up to this may be in order..

Years ago, Obamah said "WE CAN NO LONGER RELY ON OUR MILITARY,
TO ACHIEVE THE NATIONAL SECURITY OBJECTIVES SET"

Err, why didnt he just come out and say international? Because its US national security objectives being applied globally!!

Clever, what a way to ring in INTERNATIONAL MARTIAL LAW

Meanwhile in China..

You do realize there are constantly foreign military personnel on US soil, in four years as an Air Force instructor in Colorado, I had students from 37 different countries in my classes. Observers, trainees, etc are exchanged all of the time, even among those not necessarily considered Allies.

And this was in the 1980's

It's not that big of a deal, and not uncommon to have foreign troops in the U.S.

My father was in the 82nd Airborne and he trained with British soldiers a few times. And this was back in the early to mid 80's.

Question.....

How many of those troops you trained at the time were being portrayed the US government and the media as our enemies?

Just curious....

None that I recall, but at the same time, while we have differences with China and Russia, I don't believe the official stance of the US Government is that they have been declared enemies. I actually taught Jordanian and Venezuelan troops back in the 80's.

Thanks for answering!

I was just curious in comparing the environment then to now.

As China is being reported as being the financial bad guy and the biggest threat to our country; I just find it bizarre to say the least they will being doing drills in Hawaii with our own troops soon.

Thank you for the additional source, I rarely watch YouTube videos because I find most of them to be a poor source of info. In addition, the article stated joint exercises with the navy two months ago in US waters. These kind of joint exercises happen on a regular basis, and it seems every time, there is doom porn of OMG, they are taking over the USA.

It may be a historic moment, we will just have to wait and see.

Shhh! Don't introduce reality to the foreign troops are taking over crowd.

When I was at Lackland AFB I saw Chinese troops as well as obviously Arab ones and that was ten years ago.

I wonder if they realise US troops are sometimes even commanded by foreigners.....

Guam: A Royal Australian Air Force pilot assigned to the 90th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron has had the opportunity to fly the Air Force’s premier fighter, the F-22 Raptor, as part of a foreign pilot exchange program. Squadron Leader Matthew Harper is an F-22 instructor pilot and the 90th EFS flight commander in charge of scheduling and training.

I had students from Taiwan, Saudi, and the UAE. When I was a student at the same school, actually had Egyptian classmates.

Why would they attack us? We are one of their biggest consumers. Would not make a bit of sense. Would be like a large retail chain inviting people into their store and then blowing it up. Why do it?

I'm not sure in what context Obama used the comment that our military can no longer take care of all of our security needs but my guess is he meant terrorism. Because it is a global problem and can come from anywhere at anytime it isn't something our military can face alone. That's my best guess based on the comment.
