DHS and FEMA Prepare for Power Grid Drill

(Prisonplanet.com)-The Department of Homeland Security and the Federal Emergency Management Agency will participate in GridEx II, an international electric system security exercise that will be held between November 13-14.

“The scenario will build on lessons learned from GridEx 2011 and include both cybersecurity and physical security components,” explains NERC, the North American Electric Reliability Corporation. “GridEx is a biennial international grid security exercise that uses best practices and other contributions from the Department of Homeland Security, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology.”

The newspaper reported “thousands of utility workers, business executives, National Guard officers, F.B.I. antiterrorism experts and officials from government agencies in the United States, Canada and Mexico are preparing for an emergency drill in November that will simulate physical attacks and cyberattacks that could take down large sections of the power grid.”

Yes, I'm aware that this story is posted on AJ's website, but this dosen't mean it isn't real.
This drill will take place.

I know how many members of ATS are fans of drills being done.
And this will be an ongoing event for a few days.
So this is why I decided to post this here. If this isn't the correct forum, please move it.

I'm posting this in order to have members post anything, well, out of the ordinary during this drill.

I'm not a fan of drills. In fact, it seems like drills have an unintended consequence via Law of Attraction. Because it seems like whenever we have a drill the real thing happens.

It's not a question if you're paranoid or not but a question if you're paranoid enough. There are numerous examples of past drills mirroring future tragic events. Even the recent LAX shooting had a training exercise just 3 weeks prior.

Not to mention the recent talk from government officials indicating a cyber threat/grid shutdown is a very real threat. Drills can be a great way to prepare for the worst, but some of us paranoids notice a very real pattern.

I do not understand why this is even an issue. They already stated they did these drill in 2011. I do not remember the world ending for those drills.

Yes there are some small fears it won't come back up. That's not my concern however, my concern pertains to false flags. Not saying every drill leads to a false flag but my personal experience tells me if a false flag was to occur it would be under the guise of a "drill". That said, do I think I will wake up tomorrow in yabba dabba doo ville? No. But we can still discuss it.

Don't get me wrong Drums, I'm not the type to go yelling "Run for the hills". And I completely expect that the 15th will come and go like any other day. However, when you see animals running through the woods that's just nature. When you see ALL the animals running together that's when you raise and eyebrow and take notice.

My point is when all the people who run the computers and power plants start preparing for something, maybe we should all as a human collective also prepare.

Had to be done.
Afterall, people feel the need to keep bringing it up.
