Washington state voters reject labeling of GMO foods

No, it didn't pass because people like myself, I'm neither old, nor female, nor brainwashed, voted no.

I live in Eastern Washington, and along with the vast majority, were worried about the cost of this. Small farmers, who are still the majority around my neck of Washington, operate far too close to the edge to be ultra stoaked about anything that may raise the costs of doing business.

As for not signing up to vote? Well, gee, why are you upset then? It's obvious you don't care.
