Ever just burst into tears? and felt great afterwards?

Ok I gotta say I have had a good drink tonight before I go on but my guard goes down and my mouth speaks more freely after a drink so...

I have been active in the pub thread mixing it up with some cool people swapping songs and stuff and reminiscing and stuff and I just listened to REM losing my religion and after It finished I just had a little Boo, It brought back old memories to do with my first wife and although we divorced she died soon after but boy I feel so much better for crying for a while.
So fellas don't be afraid of having a boo, I think tomorrow I will do something good for the world...dunno what It may be a unwarrented compliment to a co worker or make world peace .
Let it out dudes and dudettes it is a great stress reliever
