you wrong. But there is also lots of things for considerations.

Consoles are dedicated video game machines and the programmers creating games for that specific hardware.

PC technology vary from a pc to another pc... And the games get simulated with dozen of drivers loading and decoding the game code!

But at the same time, we tend to use max settings, or higher settings in our pc games, compared to the console settings!!

An example is the resolution, even the "next gen" consoles, still will have games at 720p!!! And without any enchantments, like AA or FXAA

An example is a modern gpu can easily max out ALL settings at 1080p or 1440p, with more than 60fps! Something that we will never see in the consoles! Now if we take a 2006 game card "top of the line" GTX 8800, it can still play games at 1080p and ultra settings at 30 fps!!!!!



Now if you reduce settings, you can easily get 60fps even today! So I think you have to recall here, the youtube video is a proof of that.

xbox360 and ps3 are 720p at 30 fps
