Well, basically the stuff was a mixture of diatoms, saltwater, and pollutants consistent with the environment closer to home, so no oil spill water from the Gulf of Mexico was found in the sample, for example. But it was interesting finding out. I figured everyone just forgot this thread was even here, otherwise I would have posted up sooner.
