the crusted spittle begins to quivver... his lips crack, but before any sounds can be heard..

*yoink - runs away*

Scratch that, it doesn't even come with shoes or pants! How dare they lure me in and then not offer shoes and pants! What, am I supposed to do: walk around barefoot with no pants on? I don't think so!

It will give meaning to what the end is.. ah ha!

I think that may be part of a costume,

being Halloween an all

A "French Maid" with a sign over her head that says THE END IS NEAR! You think that is part of her costume? You obviously didn't look at the photo.

No I did look at the photo, and what I saw was a zombie type character holding a creepy sign. I think you are looking far too much into this.

(cant believe im doing this) but notice to the right of the maids neck you can see the zombies arm which is holding up the sign

The whole point is not who's holding what or who's dressed as what.

The whole point IS THE ACTUAL MESSAGE ITSELF (a message placed in newspapers throughout the entire country by a MAJOR USA NATIONAL RETAILER). It's just a bit weird... There's a lot of fear-mongering out there - and it's my opinion that KMART really doesn't need to be promoting fear to millions of sheep.

Im confused??

Is the end near or not?

Because if the end is near and K- Mart are trying to warn us thats kind of cool.

If its not near and they are just pranking us well thats not cool but certainly not a crime.

I don't think we can overlook subtle signs. After all, we should remember the 9/11 preview from the Simpsons. Besides, I LIKE the idea of the end being near. I for one am pretty tired of how things are currently being structured and an end to it all might be just the thing we need.

I believe I understand what you are saying and im sorry that people are mocking you for it, I believe that a zombie outrage is soon to come. I believe that signs and signals and warnings of this thing is in plain sight for all to see. I hope that people don't overlook this thing, because when I believe when it actually happens people will be.......

OK. Lets be realistic here. According to your signature there and all it seems you are a Christian. This means you believe in the things the bible talks about right?

The bible says that there will come a time that very bad things happen. Which is perfectly understandable especially considering the road the world is currently walking. However, the bible says not one word about zombies! There is no passage in revelation that says people will become undead and eating your flesh. Not one.

Second, concerning "signs" I would like to remind you of something:

Matthew 16:4
NKJV New King James Version

A wicked and adulterous generation seeks after a sign, and no sign shall be given to it except the sign of the prophet Jonah." And He left them and departed.

If you are a Christian, this you should also believe. If you are seeking signs, none shall be given you... God has called you to follow Him in Truth, and you ran believing in other things instead, like zombies and Kmart ads being prophetic somehow.

When you are looking to corporations to give you signs of prophetic nature, then you have seriously lost the plot.

It's the zombie holding the sign. You're reading way too much into this. The End is Near only for K-Mart as they are owned by Sears and Sears is slowly circling the drain. K-Mart has about as good a track record on predicting the future as the people on here with their numerous date specific doom porn threads.

Speak for yourself. I like my life, family, and friends. Just because you're not satisfied with your mundane existence and wish for the end, doesn't mean all of us are.

I completely agree. My daughter just died over the weekend at the age of 23. (Actually this thread was the first thing that made me laugh outloud since she passed) Her death is the hardest thing I have ever had to face. ANYONE who thinks people dying is a great thing has obviously never experienced the hell that loosing your loved ones is...

If we are "tired" of the way things are, we should seek to improve our situation, not wish for the death of innocent people. Especially a gruesome one... Just watch someone you love waste away to nothing and in so much pain no amount of drugs can keep them in comfort and see how happy people are then!

Most all of the K-marts have, or will be closing down.

Right now they are having closing store sales in my area.

But then again, they could be talking about something totally different.!?

Whoa! First off, I have lost loved ones before their time, so to speak, so my sincere condolences to you. I was not speaking however, of the End as death or an end to our existence, but an END to the slavish lives we have been living, which in many cases can hardly be called life at all, given life's possibilities.

Perhaps if THIS world - where pharmaceuticals often kill rather than cure people - had ended previously, your daughter might have lived. I'm talking about an end to an entire system designed to suck the life out of us, making money even as we die from the poisons we've been fed and the 'cures' they employ.

I am paying attention. Unarmed...thats their current goal. And just what packs of jackyls are they going to unleash, what kind of event have they prepared for. Obama, not his real name. Why the one he has, why is his half brother head of the Muslim Brotherhoods finances?

I suggest waking up.

They always put everything out in plain sight. And between my inner warnings, or experiences, often shared, and anything else, I'll run with the inner dots and knowledge, for the rest is a trap.

I don't even have nightmares. That was the first horrendous dream I'd had in years, and was so happy to gain lucidity in it. Something unexpected, and then get a warning about being unprepared and unarmed.
Even pepper spray and something as backup. And yes paid attention and also note the ritual numbers in media, 5 people died lately in 3 locations, death and Baal.

I love this kind of stuff as the next guy. The problem is you either

1) Look too much in to it
OR
2) Don't take it seriously

Could it be subliminal? Yeah, sure. But in this case i doubt it.

There seems to be a connection between the Satanic men at the european football game all dressed in black hoodies with heavy symbology, and this statement.

This is kmart's way of announcing they will have an end of existence apocalyptic going out of business sale or something along those lines.

On the other hand if this is a serious thread. That costume is not new.
In many zombie movies you always see the homeless/crazy man with a doom and gloom message... and when the zombies kill everyone you see this man as a zombie running around telling all of his zombie buddys
"Ha, I Told you so! let's go eat some people!"
(i thought this smiley was a dead guy with the x-ed out eyes but, alas, apparently it is... barf. Well that is not how i am going to use it. It is now my zombie icon. He died from barfing apparently.)
