I've been diagnosed- rediagnosed and I finnally decided that they haven't got a clue so I'm just setteling into the 'freak/artist/misfit label instead. A rose by any other name. Some autistics have been known to have abnormal strength.. my brother [non verbal autistic] cut himself when he was 4/5 yo and it took 6 adults to hold him down to give him stitches [after they finnally were able to sedate him] not sure why this is.

Logically, that statement doesn't make sense. In the case of your radical educational elementary situations I can see how being a rebel doesn't require conformity. No sarcasm intended, just the truth i'm seeing in your statements.

Ever notice that "non-conformists" tend to all dress the same?
Same types of clothes same color schemes etc?
I used to be a "non conformst" but I just couldn't conform to thier standards of "non conformity"

I was thinking the same thing.. non-conformity has become it's own standardised subculture. I feel sorry for the kids these days.. rebelling is fun but it's all just rehashed and unoriginal. True non-conformity would had had real meaning during the seventies [hippies] and during proabition etc. now being a freak is commercialised as well. Ah the good ol days.. No, that just's because he's a Christian fundamentalist, who believes in America is the land of the free and the American way of life is god's spoken words and Bush is god's man. You marry the typical bush supporter with the typical Christian fundamentalist and you get something very similar to someone with a child's mentality, or even a sheeps mentality. I wanted to say something more on non-conformitism. If you don't want to be a non conformist, then doesn't make you apathetic? Or do you honestly think there is nothing wrong at all in society or your country?

As most are Americans who will be reading this? Do you really think there is nothing wrong with America today? You are kidding yourself, if you don't.

You have to rember most americans are sheep and don't realy care about whats going on around them. They are more interested in who's getting voted off of Suivor or who slept with who in HollyFake(wood). They look out side and see things going to hell but they feel it's not there problem to deal with. They all think it's the goverments/police's problem. Well most of the people on this board are here to learn the truth and i'd say at least 90% of them are awake. As for the rest, well i hope they wake up soon.

As for me being an indigo, i'm not 100% sure on this. But at lest if it turns out to be true. I know what side of the fence i'm on. It's more inportant to keep an open mind on things. Every one just needs to take a step back and use some respct for other peoples faith and ideas. as much as i would like to bash the hell out of the christien church, i don't. i have respect of them. So long as they don't try to tell me i'm going to hell cause i don't belive in there faith. Then i do have a problem with them.


So again lets try to keep this on topic. If you want to bash it start another thred and voice your sides as to why you don't belive in the Indigo Children/adults. Leave this post to talk about the ideas about it. No bashing. If every one could just learn a little tollerance towards each other then this would be a better world..

You're not making many friends here mate, and you're not even intelligent or enlightened. Somehow, I get the impression you're only here to make trouble in this thread and some people may even think your doing this because you're a Christian fundamentalist and cannot tolerate other belief systems. You're making yourself look bad, and your religion.

However, I ask as a human being to another human being, as someone who believes in a higher power just like you to please not spoil the mood of this thread. Some people are very interested in this, and are learning from this, even if they don't believe in Indigo children. Why, should you spoil it for others, just because you don't believe.

I have to say i'm glad to have found this thread, not only because i have found some people with same state of consciousness as me, but also because i may have found a word to which i can identify myself.

The ordinary man is a machine, he doesn't act by himself anymore. He's trapped in his subjective world. He forgot the real meaning of himself. He's unable to think by himself. Society have made him violent and egoist. The indigo child is all the opposite.

Being "indigo" or whatever you call it, is not like some people say, some egocentric or narcissistic fantasy. It's just a fact. A higher degree of awareness.

Gurdieff's classification explains it really good.
According to Gurdieff, the ordinary man is constantly in a state of unconsciousness similar to the sleep, it is only one machine which controls neither its acts nor its thoughts. how does it sound kind of fake as you put it. One line drop ins like that do not say much if anything at all. If you have a point of view tells us why you believe it to be fake and how you came about that supposition.
