You've some interesting questions.
Personally, as a matter of opinion, methinks the god and gods thing if that was just passed over and edited out of the entire evolutionary line, humanity would have been much better off.
Without god or gods to seek approval from or cast blame on, people would have no choice but to accept responsibility and be held accountable for their own actions or inactions.
Additionally, the only approval ever going to happen will be coming from your peers, as is likewise for disappointment.
No imaginary stuff to it. It'd be a WYSIWYG world.

You are saying to boycott a word because the word is bad. Which isnt true. Words are neutral tools mankind can use them for evil or good.
I didnt put you down, I recognized you lowered yourself into a very petty ideal and made many mistakes articulating it.
If I went around saying something like "boycott the word Gay it brings bad things" I would deserve the ton of bricks that would come down on my head.
Cant you see it from that view?
Replace word God with word Gay.
Still sound like great idea?

I just wanted people to think about how an idea grows and evolves
over the centuries, until what was once an innocent and useful
word becomes something truly horrible.
People use the word God as a weapon.. even if they say "God loves
you, so I love you", that has in implicit baggage that it is their
concept of God which is on the table.. and generally you'll
get a big earful about 'their God'.
It's never just the love... or the kindness.. or the compassion..
There's always some monstrous word with baggage that people
fight and die for..
That's the point of the post.
Even if the word God never existed, human beings would just find another word like the higher power or the creator or whatever. I think way back when mankind began, he would see the stars and moon and and all of life and knew instictively that there was something...else, something greater than himself. They still do.
This is such an amazingly cogent, truly metaphysically complicated and spiritually advanced post, I'm almost tempted to start worshiping the Church of KellyPrettyBear.
But instead I'll take your sage advice and change my language in the future to something along the lines of:
'the Law of Infinite Possibilities' as you suggested... I could call it the Church of LIP.

That word has 200,000 years of suffering, insanity and death baked into it.
Your critical mistake is this statement here and reveals true intentions.
The word "God" is at best 800 to 1000 years old in this current format.
200,000 yrs huh? Isnt that how old science assumes human beings are?
We hadnt even developed writing or even the art of painting a cave wall.....
Cave paintings are paintings found on cave walls and ceilings, and especially refer to those of prehistoric origin. The earliest such art in Europe dates back to the Aurignacian period, approximately 40,000 years ago, and is found in the El Castillo cave in Cantabria, Spain.
So you are saying the relatively new word, God, has caused death since 160,000 yrs prior to developing cave painting techniques??
This totally proves you havent a clue, and the entire point of the thread is about pushing religious intolerance.
You are apparently trying to disguise it though, for obvious reasons.
Oh well, you are entitled to believe complete fiction, suit yourself.

You need to tread carefully here because this topic is designed to troll you specifically. Keep that in mind.
