I also can't get my head around why people are so against fair health care for all..

You are under the mistaken idea that Obamacare is healthcare. It isn't.
Obamacare is nothing more than forcing Americans to buy insurance that they don't want.
Obamacare has caused millions of people to LOSE their insurance.
Obamacare has caused millions of people to have to pay MORE for their health care.
Obamacare has caused tens of thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands to LOSE their jobs.
Obamacare has caused companies to cut worker hours from 40 hours to 29.
That's a loss of pay.

So what exactly in all that seems 'fair' to you? NOTHING.

I can't get my head around why some people think Obamacare is 'fair health care'.
It isn't.
