Obviously they're jealous and pissed that it has such high ratings. They'd much rather have their viewers zombified by THEIR toilet programing:

Reality/non-scripted
American Idol (2002–present)
So You Think You Can Dance (2005–present)
Hell's Kitchen (2005–present)
Kitchen Nightmares (2007–present)
MasterChef (2010–present)
The X Factor (2011–present)
Hotel Hell (2012–present)
Does Someone Have to Go? (2013–present)

WikiLinky

And don't forget "24" the conservative wet dream!

American IDOL!!! Wooooo!! Opiate of the braindead masses!

*eye roll*

We've got a war in Afghanistan, a crappy economy, high unemployment, a government that couldn't pour piss from a boot if the instructions were written on the heel. . . . .

And some tofu-eating, Gucci-wearing, tard with a goatee and a 6 figure salary is worried about a fracking zombie soap opera?

It's times like this where the only solution includes the words, "Bitch Slap".

Well, er, er... he was threatening us with the NWO.

I had to warn ATS! It was my Duty.

Not a problem.

I'll still watch Fox over MSNBC.

Hell, if given the choice between MSNBC and taking a ball peen hammer and hitting myself in the head until my skull resembled a golf ball. . . . . I'd google map the nearest hardware store!

It's a tactic that cheapens life. Eugenics think they call it.
imo

So does all this other crap - rap, video games, violent tv, pushing abortions etc...if your smart enough to know the agenda behind it than it has no effect but many people do not

Want me the post to the link of the girl walking around Victoria Secret tonight with her dead baby in a bag in NYC?

Where does that come from?

This stuff is jammed down our throats 24/7 - so no effect on the kids at all?

No agenda behind it?

Ok - it's Fox New's fault.

That's funny! I wonder what they say about tv shows on their OWN channel? Like Vampire Diaries, Supernatural...... I guess violent deaths are bad if they are zombies but not blood sucking soul-less vampires?

Now, now, my husband is in the edge of the baby boomer range and they are not lazy and he is a gov. employee that served this nation as a Marine for 28 years retire and has been a productive and active member of society paying taxes for the last 40 years, actually his entire retirement check and more goes back to the gov. in the way of taxes.

Most of the baby boomers are the most productive members of society and those that support the welfare system with their taxes.

No I am not offended, just want to clarify a few things.

Fox News has absolutely no basis in reality.

Huge WD fan...it's cool and creative and fun on a Sunday night with popcorn with lots of talented actors and behind the scenes people!

It's more about the dynamics and inner workings of the survivors in their new " society" created my necessity than the daily nemesis they face as I see it...

Sort of like the American people currently: we try to stick together and move foreword to survive and hopefully "get back to normal" with slight chances of thriving again.

Every day bring new challenges and new crazy stuff to deal with.

If you watch the how, you know they don't follow any "rules of order" including New World.

Only difference is we can't use crossbows and other implements to get the "zombies" off our backs without getting in trouble

Neither of those shows is on Fox. They are both The CW, a joint venture between Warner Bros. Entertainment and CBS.

It's too bad he went to crazy land with the new world order comment. Otherwise, I agree with him about there being too much violence on tv. Though, it's nothing new. Those western and cop tv shows from some of our youth killed plenty of people in each episode.

Imagination sometimes stays imagination. I mean cmon just because people want to imagine this. It's their imagination. Most of us can make our own decisions.
Theres no grand scheme here. I dont think their ever really was a scheme. Its just a show.
YOU THE INDIVIDUAL DECIDES.

True the body count is pretty high but it's always been that way. Well, maybe TV shows haven't killed off most of the planet in the past but individually TV stars have been gunning down their enemies since Lucas McCain was the Rifleman back in the early 60's.

That's pretty much how I see it as well. Fox News can get as hysterical as the rest of them over perceived "monsters" under the bed.

Erwalker, you are absolutely right... I should have checked.... those shows (Vampire Diaries, Supernatural) are NOT on Fox. My apologies. The cable I have has moved channels around, eliminated a number of channels, added one, and I was wrong. Sleepy Hollow is the only supernatural show on there that I can find.

The only useful "news" on the news is pretty much the traffic report and that takes 2 minutes, otherwise it's just a dissemination of curiosity topics. Zombie's will eventually take care of FOX, MSNBC, and all the other lettered noisemakers with Atlanta based CNN getting it first (making FOX happy) according to TWD! The television was never intended to be anything other than a device for entertainment, it's just the choice of what brand you enjoy having fill your brain. FOX's brand is alarmist and silly. I'm with others on this, Romero's slow groaners are the most likeable.

This is a classic media trick, throwing sand in the eyes, turning away people from the actual debate by introducing ridiculous talking points. They're also banalising the NWO term, taking away the actual importance of the whole, up to the point that people are fed up with it. Complete MSM brainwashing.
