Because I am oxygen deficient. I don't get enough oxygen into my body and am always tired. Posted by 29MV29
How do you know you are oxygen defficient? Have you had your blood oxygen levels checked in a clinical setting?
The easiest way is to go to a doctor and have a blood oxygenation test done. It takes about 30 seconds, and involves clipping a photodetector over
either your earlobe or your thumb: A light source shines through your skin, and the photodetector calculates the reddness of the light, thereby
figuring how much oxygen is in your blood. It is quite accurate.
I guarantee if you have it checked and are below about 94% blood oxygenation, you get to hang out in the ICU until someone figures out what the
situation is, and you dont get to go home until its been resolved.

Thanks to the above posters for taking the time to do the research and presenting it in a reasoned and logical fashion.
What a change it is when a thread is so sane for so long. What a change when an S & T topic does not decend into magic, voodoo or inanity.
Keep up the good work.

And, at something of a tangent, if colleagues are posting in all sincerity and really do not know the very basics of, say, respiration, I strongly
urge them to study some elementary text of human biology.
One needs to know these things: charlatans, mountebanks and all who hope to thrive on quackery capitalise on such ignorance.
Estragon's body, it is true, tends towards the abattoir rather than the temple, and I'm most certainly not advocating hypochondria or an obsessive
and pathological interest: but it really is advisable to know about the major organs and the basic processes.

Thanks dragonrider, maybe I should have my blood oxygen level tested out.
I am pretty tired most of the time to, and I always feel I eat right, and such. I figured maybe it's because I go to bed at 4 in the morning, but
even if I sleep 20 hours, I will wake up and be tired with in say 4 or 5...until about mid night where I feel I can go on for days.
No matter when I go to bed at first, I can't wake up gung-ho, I can't focus it seems. And I only feel awake when I am on the computer doing nothing
but thinking to myself lol.
If I move about yeah I'm fine, but when it comes to focusing on sciences and such, I find that more difficult.
But mainly I feel like I'm tired off and on, but usually more on than off.

There's a couple of avenues to explore, and one of them has to do with clinical depression (my spouse felt exhausted for a long time, and it was a
depression factor.) The other is simply that your body may not be getting the exercise it needs. Just as a car needs gas and oil (and gets in bad
shape if you only give it gas and not change the oil and so forth), your body does need exercise.
Anemia's another possiblity. First thing to do is go get yourself checked out medically.

Ycon? God may be behind it but then again he was also behind floods, earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions if you subscribe to that theory,
and they've never done people much good either.

I hope some of you people freaking out about digesting hydrogen peroxide realize that the normal healthy bacteria in your small/large intestines
produce hydrogen peroxide.
For the guy with no energy. You could have several problems that all feed off each other to make you feel worn down. Depressed? Irritable?
Anxiety/Panic problems? Eat a lot of sweets and high carb food to try and get energy? Have you ever felt a burning sensation in your mouth or had a
metal taste to it? Ever have thrush, jock itch, toenail fungus problems? Have you taken a course of antibiotics recently or been on
anti-inflammatory (steroids) medication for long term problems like asthma, arthritis, bowel diseases? CFS, fibromyalgia, and several other
inflammitory/allergic diseases are all related to a systemic yeast infection.
You would be shocked at how many people have a systemic yeast infection and don't know it. Tens of millions in the US alone.

Some old wise men told me that peroxide is what they always used for a mouthwash and for toothaches. It will get all germs and bacteria out of your
mouth. It was the only thing I had to use for a bad toothache once. I would hold it in my mouth and swish it all over a few times twice a day, and
my infection went away and the tooth stopped hurting. I now try to use it once a day just to keep it germ free. Peroxide, vinegar, and
garlic...natural healers. Gotta have them!

...No, hydrogen peroxide is not a natural healer. It "naturally" destroys your body. That's why they stopped using it medically - it would kill
the bacteria in the wound, but it would also kill your own skin! Don't add it to your water! Hydrogen peroxide is a poison, that's why it
kills bacteria!
Why the hell did you revive this thread? Why am I even bothering to post in it?

I didn't say I drank it. I know not to do that. Antibiotics kill bacteria also, but it isn't a poison. Well, it might be??? I don't know why
you replied to the post. You seem very agitated every time you do.
