I think the message written means it was not some druggies looking for copper.
...YOU SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED U.S.
...written on the power box where they set fire to a power station.
...

I agree - the whole concept seems better planned than a pickup-bed full of empty beer cans, and "What are we going to do, now, Brain?"

Whether this is related to the California incident or not... Who knows?
Guess you kind of need to look at what was done - how it was done - when it was done - where it was done...and see if it looks like some kind of
1. organized conspiratorial effort (foreign or domestic terrorism)...
2. disgruntled ex-employees (of the power company or military)
3. someone whose power was shut off
4. etc... (fill in the blank)

Are you connecting this with the Houston story (bomb-making materials - three houses - tied to the Giuliani [?] law firm)?

I keep seeing things that ump right out as terrorism related but our government hides it from the public. It seems they don't want people to know what is going on. Seems like there is a bigger picture when they try to hide all the piece like a large jumbo puzzle you have to put together your self. Why not ask for public help and issue a warning that certain things are showing up as a pattern? What is the secret? Why make it a secret?

This is very interesting. I have not heard anything about this here on the east coast until reading this thread. Thank you! It could be a plan to knock out a large section of the grid, perhaps coordinated in multiple areas to coincide with the impending default, stock market crash, and s.h.t.f. doom.

What types of aircraft are stationed at Little Rock?

Copper wire would be quick and valuable but taking that off live wires is dangerous. Maybe if someone was drunk or high they may be stupid enough to pull that but anyone with a functioning brain would not even attempt it.

Maybe they are trying to knock out power so they can rob some place. That I would believe as a good possibility. A base has big backup generators, it would seem stupid to expect to take down a base's power grid.

If the line loses power when broken, only one side will be hot, the other will be ripe to pick. tie the end of a copper line via long chain and pull it through the woods. Could get a HUGE section and easily keep it hidden

NoNoNoNo! All lines are hot! Return is thru ground.

And Anonymous kind off talked about the BS the NSA were saying about them wanting to attack power grids a year and a half ago. Why would they want to attack the power grid or the internet itself? They would be attacking what they say they want to protect.

www.pcmag.com...

Hell it is the government who keeps shutting down the meetings for the agency to protect power grids. Not Anonymous. Makes you wonder?

Man arrested for attacks on power grid

There were actually several "attacks" on the power grid in the general region, not just the base. The investigation relied heavily on multiple departments across the region.

This investigation was conducted by the FBI, Joint Terrorism Task Force, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Union Pacific Police, Entergy, First Electric, Lonoke County Sheriff's Office, Cabot Police, Arkansas State Police, Conway Police Department, Little Rock Police Department and Arkansas Game and Fish Commission. Assistant United States Attorney Michael Gordon is prosecuting this case for the United States.

The charges set forth in a Complaint are merely allegations. A federal Grand Jury will decide whether to indict on these charges. If indicted and convicted of this charge, Woodring faces a possible sentence of not more than 20 years imprisonment and/or a $250,000 fine followed by three years supervised release. Woodring is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

I guess the guy did not like the power pole in his back yard.

goo.gl...

Wonder why he did not attack that one?

Appears he is a pool guy. Had a pool repair and cleaning business at his house.

Because they don't want the people to realize just how pissed off their fellow citizens are. Same reason why the media always downplays how many people show up at protests.

They're afraid Joe Blow will say, "hey, I'm pretty pissed too. Wonder what I can do!"

Seems his brother is the one who would have more knowledge in the electricity. He works for a company who sells commercial lighting fixtures. The air base is going through a complete over haul to become green. And it seems Jessie the brother does complain about the government over twitter.

I suggest people read the link in CIAGypsy post. They went through a lot of work to do what they did.

The power grid investigation began on August 21, 2013, with the sabotage of a high voltage power line support tower. Investigation of the 100-foot tower revealed that a shackle which holds a 500,000 volt power line was severed. Additionally, over 100 bolts securing the support tower had been removed leaving only five bolts to hold the tower and the power lines it carried in place. Due to the cut shackle, a power line fell on a nearby railroad track and was later struck by a passing train severing the power line causing a brief power outage in Cabot, Arkansas. Entergy was able to reroute power to mitigate the affect this outage had on its customers. Blue hose similar to that found at and near Woodring's residence was found around this sabotage site.

Climbed a 100 foot tower and removed over a hundred bolts in the tower arm so it would fall off.
