Belgium: Dad and 5 children murdered.

A brutal massmurder shakes Belgium.



Early Sunday morning, a burned-out car was found -inside; a father and his five children. Local police suspects someone to have set them on fire using a flammable liquid.
So far there are few clues, but early Sunday morning, the police got a phone call from an English-speaking man, concerned that a friend was in danger. According to the newspaper "De Standaard", he also mentioned that his friend was to be found in a place north of Brussels.

When the police arrived in the suburb area they found the still burning Nissan Micra. Sex carbonated bodies were retrieved from the vehicle after the fire was put out, and police believed that a family tragidy had spun out.

However, after having firemen checking the car, they concluded that someone had poured an equivilant to gasoline (The stuff you put on a charcoal grill? Don't remember the word..) on it and that the fire had been so explosive that the father never could have gotten back in to the car. According to witnesses, a person was seen driving a way from the remote spot just after the fire had started.

In the car, the man along with his five kids aged 4-17. They never made it out before the fire was too intense.

This massmurder is only the latest of a series of shocking murders in Belgium lately. Last Friday, a 35 years old man went to the police himself and admitted having killed 4 people. Newspapers say that he suspected that his wife was having an affair and killed her -and his own sister. After killing them he drove to a nearby town and shot his ex-girlfriend and her mother. He also severely injured two men during the incident.

The day before, a depressed nurse in the town of Brecht admitted having strangled her 2-years old daughter to death.

Someone must have been really pissed off at that guy to go as far as to BBQ the guy and 5 kids. Horrible. Hope the guy who did it gets caught and sent to prison to rot for the rest of his life.

i think we would all agree that it must have been a man to do this but it looks more like trickery, how to keep 5 people in a car...unless it was a surprise attack....something women are great at
