If you have a different computer, Google it.

Surely someone else has had this issue and figured it out.

Good Luck

you can try the windows uninstaller or the ccleaner one, but sometimes(usually) youll need something like malwarebytes.

becarefull to untick the addons boxes when you next install something.

Here's the single best way to remove malware from your PC, without the annoyance of having to use malware bytes or anything else.

Go to www.ninite.com

Install the program called EVERYTHING. This program indexes your entire computer and creates an instant search function for everything on your PC. That may not sound amazing, but if you install it, you'll understand.

Boot your PC in safe mode without networking.

Open Everything. Search for the file name of the virus or malware you have identified, such as Search Conduit or wtv.

Select ALL the files that appear and delete them. Empty your recycle bin and voila, all done.

99% of the time this works 100% of the time

If you are going to use any anti malware or spyware, I suggest Super Anti Malware, which can also be found on Ninite, under Super.

theres some steps you will need to go through

step 1. try system restore to an earlier good date.
if step 1 fails

then step 2: Go to program remove (which can be found by typing program remove in start find box) or through the control panel. Select and remove the program

step 3. Go to manage add ons in the tools of browswer. select manage add ons. And then select show all add ons. Now select the offending add on and choose Disable or Remove the add on. After that in the same menu select the services tab and do the same again.

Step 4. requires going into regedit and deleting various keys to make sure it can come back. The ones to delete can be found by googling removing sweet packs from registry.
