So I'm trying to understand how they can call it a constitution-free zone, since the constitution is what defined the US government, and the government is where they derive their power from; then would they not have no authority in these zones. Canada would be considered a "constitution free zone, DHS can't stop people in Canada without Canadian authorities approval.
