Yeah. It was so outrageous, given that Dixi was the one who put out info on Cotner, where he lived, what he did for a living. That is open INFO.

And this guy is now allowed to go on pretending that he is Elvis? IF he is Elvis, we somehow should just forget it and not talk about it?

ATS is a privately owned discussion site. As such, it is not reasonable to expect ATS to incur the risk of members posting content that may result in liability for ATS. Members were either incapable or unwilling to cooperate with ATS by limiting their personal comments and harassment of a private citizen and continued to push the boundaries of what ATS found acceptable to manage.
