Pretty sure that is fake for various reasons.

There is also nothing about it on the site of the agency that video claims is the source: www.cnsa.gov.cn...

1. This video has been kicking around the net for about a month now.
Supposedly from september 3, and yet not a single astronomer anywhere, nor anyone else anywhere, has noticed anything remotely like the stuff seen in this video.

2. Nobody, let alone some mythical "chinese space radar" has the ability to image ISON at its current distance to that resolution.
Think about it for a moment: the comet ISON is further than Mars at the supposed moment of imaging, and its nucleus is about 3 miles (5km) across. Therefore, the mythical "chinese space radar" has the ability to image things on Mars about 50 yards/meters across. (Based on image size of 100 pixels for the nucleus)
Nope. Not real.
Not even remotely possible.

If that is the real ISON that is a really cool video. The two objects might be random rocks in orbit around the comet.

Update. Human's have excapped the zoo; AKA Noha's ark, be on the watch for crazy's running the street's as this Comet passes by. Wait just in.................seem's their might be an UFO or 2 following the comet!

Its not really "good" information.
The youtube guy has made a video of it, simply out of ignorance.

Its not uncommon for comets to have sunward facing jets.
A quick search of the net shows some previous examples to have been:
hale-Bopp
103P/Hartley 2
19P/Borelly
Arend-Roland
Comet Hyakutake
Comet P/Swift-Tuttle
Comet P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 1
and Halley's comet.

The sunward jet thing is even mentioned in many basic "introduction to comets" type webpages.

Sorry, but this youtube video is just another example of an idiot saying that he doesnt know what he's talking about... therfore aliens.

I think the most clear giveaway that it's fake is the incredible resolution of the comet's nucleus. If we could really see it in such detail, it would be all over the space news websites like Space.com. It would also mean we have incredible technology that would allow us to see Apollo landers on the Moon from Earth.

But we don't have that kind of technology.

The Chinese satellite is a communications satellite, by the way, it can't take pictures of space.

What is this Chinese space radar?
They have advanced ground based radar according to some reports, I have not heard of 'space radar though'
