so not only is he beaten to within an inch of his life they are charging him as well....sick that is just sick...it really would not surprise me if we hear about this kid in the near future unloading a fully automatic weapon on these thugs...at least then they would have a genuine reason to charge him....looks like orwell's future is well and truly apon us

like another poster I usually don't watch the complete video in these cases
only enough to determine who initiated use of force [quite obvious in this case]

they anger me for the same reason I hate zombie movies, one is forced to watch how pathetically lacking in any sense of self-preservation some people are, they just lay down and allow themselves to be brutalized/killed/eaten

even an animal has more sense.

I wonder how many, being good little sheeple, and were on the "Chris Dorner is a criminal" bandwagon are beginning to have second thoughts now.

Without the uniforms what you see is a mob beating on one.

Meh! I was going to add to that, but to do so would be superfluous.

It is a police officers duty to arrest - it is not his right to judge nor to mete out a sentence / punishment.

So, the Police officers duty in this instance is simply to make the arrest - it is irrelevant what the suspect did - they simply make the arrest and let the courts decide the fate of the individual.

It was not those 6 thugs' responsibility to bypass the law of the land and go to town on the bloke.

and was entirely 100 percent the result of what happened later, out on the street.

Incorrect - it was entirely 100% the result of 6 blokes with small-dick syndrome.

So... you're agreeing with me then.
I specifically said the beating "was uncalled for".

Is it so hard for police to understand that it is almost impossible
for some people to lay still whill their insticts believe they are
undet attack.

Civillians are not trained to give up control upon request. Officers
are the ones that get paid to ne trained so why is the responcibility
not on them to be more effective at submissions?

Watch a UFC fight. These guys are basically equally trained and
they can still manage to force their apponent to submit in many
cases and that is 1 on 1. Most citizens are not trained in hand to
hand or any combat so the advantage should be heavily in favor
of the officer. Those that are trained and fought back should have
more control and know better thus deserve a beating.

And let me tell you. If that guy getting beat had any
propper Pankration training those 'amature hour' cops would all be laid out.

Cops need better training. bottom line. They really have to
kick the lazy dounut eating reputation. Nobody wants to lose
to lazy over weight cop. they are just asking for a fight.

CCops should be our bravest and most self controlled

what do you see in that video. Bravery? No. I see fear and lack
of self confidence. neither of which are admirable.
