I would like to know how you have determined the source of the transmission is the HAARP facility.


I have been monitoring the HAARP signal for years, since the first propagation tests were done enlisting the aid of Amateur Radio operators. The classic published description of the sound is blowtorch-like with a sweep frequency and pulse modulation. The frequencies are also well known, 6.690 mhz in particular has been used since it was first turned on and these frequencies have been widely published.

The audio was recorded on 4.284 mhz at about 00:00z in LSB mode. I use LSB since it makes it easier to hear the sweep modulations.


That is not a HAARP signal. It sounds more like a OTH radar or STANAG 4285 1200/2400/3600 bit/s single tone MODEMs for HF radio links. HAARP sends short pulses. Here is a confirmed recording of HAARP back in 2004. soundcloud.com...
