It worked, the cat even landed on it's feet. I'm impressed. I'm glad that my dad didn't use that technique on me when I climbed the tree in the back yard and swayed for hours.

Why did they bother knocking the cat down, it would have eventually come down.

Seriously though, I've seen countless videos on YT of firemen spending half an hour getting to the poor kitty, only for the rascal to jump into the abyss as soon as they get close to him...

I was laughing at what they did - the idiots. Just thinking about the conversation before Igor decided the best plan of action was to blast it with the hose. That's what made me laugh.
