I'm not sure if you are aware of a phenomenon called Global Dimming??

So what about places that don't ever get any trails?
Or hadn't you thought about that?
Some scientists have suggested using aerosols to stave off the effects of global warming as an emergency geoengineering measure. In 1974, Mikhail Budyko suggested that if global warming became a problem, the planet could be cooled by burning sulfur in the stratosphere, which would create a haze. An increase in planetary albedo of just 0.5 percent is sufficient to halve the effect of a CO2 doubling.

I'm not sure if you are aware but global dimming ended in the 90's

You have to prove they exist first and no one has to the best of my knowledge. But have fun anyway

There can be no doubt that they do exist... all you have to do is look up.

Stating that they may not exist is like saying prove the earth exists... Yes sure you can deny it's existence all you want... But there is a physical object or phenomena so denying it just makes you look stupid..
Peace,
Korg.

So a rise of 5 degrees causing 40% of species to die off?
I take it you don't believe animals will evolve and adapt?
Warning signs today:
A recent study of nearly 2,000 species of plants and animals discovered movement toward the poles at an average rate of 3.8 miles per decade. Similarly, the study found species in alpine areas to be moving vertically at a rate of 20 feet per decade in the second half of the 20th century.
The latest Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change report found that approximately 20 to 30 percent of plant and animal species assessed so far are likely to be at increased risk of extinction if global average temperature increases by more than 2.7 to 4.5 degrees Fahrenheit.
Changing the average global temperature by even a degree or two can lead to serious consequences around the globe. For about every 2°F of warming, we can expect to see
5—15% reductions in the yields of crops as currently grown
3—10% increases in the amount of rain falling during the heaviest precipitation events, which can increase flooding risks
5—10% decreases in stream flow in some river basins, including the Arkansas and the Rio Grande
200%—400% increases in the area burned by wildfire in parts of the western United States [6]
Global average temperatures have increased more than 1.4 degrees Fahrenheit over the last 100 years. [2] Many of the extreme precipitation and heat events that we have seen in recent years are consistent with what we would expect given this amount of warming. [5] Scientists project that Earth's average temperatures will rise between 2 and 12 degrees Fahrenheit by 2100. [1]

But what if you see contrails?
Surely they exist, right?

Yes there is a physical object or phenomena. They're called contrails and are well known and understood. The concensus at this time is that they contribute a net warming to the global climate.
