It seems like someone dropped the ball. They should have been able to figure this out shortly after it occurred rather than hours later after closing off half of downtown.

A battery in a lift for construction... was just wow, close down part of downtown for that, just wow.

My friend lives in the area. Talked to him and he didn't even mention this, I guess its not a big deal?

I'm sorry, i hope this isn't inappropriate, but did anyone notice that guy's name? Rich Weiner? His parents had a bad sense of humor. Poor guy.

I live in Columbus but I was ill yesterday and missed the excitement . The reason for the confusion is because they have to decide what they are going to tell us. If it was just telling the truth it wouldn't sound confused but they have to get their story straight first.

Helicopters? Swat? DHD, etc?

Who pays for that?
