As a fellow tinnitus sufferer, may I recommend:

1) get a b12 level, my tinnitus is WAY worse when my B12 is low

2) get a good ear checkup - my ENT says he can cure it by putting a hearing aid in my right ear. I've got hearing loss over there from firing weapons in the Army with no earplugs. He says the tinnitus is an attempt by my brain to equalize the hearing between the left and right sides, in effect, it's turning up the volume on the right to the point all I hear is the squealing from the damaged hair cells, and if I balance it out just a scoshe with an amplifier it will stop in a week or two. Haven't tried that yet.

3) There are supposedly some effective tinnitus setups you can do with a TDCS by inhibiting the output from the noisy ear. YMMV

Heck, sometimes it's just ear wax or an infection. It would be worth going to an ENT.

The only invention that will end all wars has been invented (or should i say... and sadly say "evolved"...)) ever since the beginning of time as we know it..., Is the one and only dumb arsed armchair specialist, know it all of everything that they can possibly try to think of species that ever crawled with it's slimy destroying, disgusting and stinking trails across our planet... the following...

HUMANKIND... MAN and WOMAN...

Homo sapiens sapiens...

Yea... YOU AND I!!!

Those so called intelligent (because they think they are) bipeds that claim that they "own" the planet that they live on!

Be assured that HUMANKIND have the invention that will end all wars...

They will destroy this planet and end all wars...

They are a sick and twisted invention!

Sad isn't it?

Kindest respects

As I stated I would send a free anti-tinitis cd to anyone that gave me there address through the message system here on ATS only to find the system crashed.
So Here is a way to get one; Send post card with your return address on it to case electronics po box 394 van buren mo,63965 and I will send one free.

There are many types of tinnitus, nerve damage from loud sounds, drug overdose, etc. The type the 17 people I cured has no explanation and no reason, they just suddenly are pounded day and night by a loud screeching or ringing in both ears.
One way I have proven it is EXTERNAL is by going in a deep cave at least 400 ft deep,at this level the tinnitus stops. This proves the is no internal problem but is external and malicious

Then maybe the problem is due to air pressure, just a guess. I would assume the air pressure inside a cave would be a lot lower.

Then those pesky guys are chasing me around day and night, aiming carefully at my right ear. No doubt the business case for doing this was quite impressive - it's about $10,000 a day to field street work per person, and I'd have to assume there's more than one guy per team. I don't think they're getting their money's worth. I envision the JCS sitting around that big mahogany table, "Today we discuss the plans for making Tom's right ear keep ringing for another 24 hours. Last week this cost about $250k. Who's for doing it again THIS week?", everyone holds up their hands, then they all go "MWA HA HA HA HA" and twirl their mustaches.

Or, it's from firing one too many rifles with no protection. Plus I recall a fairly big bang we were a near miss for, and I couldn't hear crap for about a day after. Sounded like badly tuned SSB when my hearing came back the next day.

It's actually higher. The lower you go, the higher the pressure.

I have found patents from N.E.C corp that could explain some of the tinnitis, It reads "method for creation of emotions"
It goes on how to retreive biorelevent info to make target sad ,happy, etc.I will give you the patent # next post.

I'm not too familiar with this concept, or how well it could potentially work even in ideal circumstances, but I'll give you my two cents on the matter:

First of all, you mention electromagnetic force as the principle behind this "anti weapon" right? First of all, I would imagine that enough electromagnetic energy to slow a chemical reaction enough to stop it would probably annihilate all electronics in the area, and who knows, might even mess with the human brain...

Second, there are far more methods than gunpowder to fire a bullet. One could use compressed air. Or even.... wait for it... electromagnetism. lol Of course, this would mean devising / producing new weapons systems. But it could be done.

Third, as already mentioned, it doesn't stop more crude, "old school" weapons.

Fourth-- Nukes. Do I have to say more? Okay, I will-- I can't imagine you coming up with something powerful enough it could stop a nuke from detonating, or stop the reaction once it's begun. If you think you can pull this off, just let me know, and I'll get the committee on the phone so they can start filling out the paperwork for your nobel prize. lol

Fifth-- your OP and all of the above are based on the potentially false assumption that "they" (those in power) actually care to end wars, and warfare, instead of having more of it, and just doing it better. Wars and military actions help them play their stupid little power games. And sadly, they make some people a lot of money. As long as wars are so much more profitable than the alternative, there will always be some sick, soul-less #%@k$ out there willing to start them.

or with gun powder not working we would use what the mongols pioneered biological warfare that sure kills a lot in a single go,same goes for chemical weapons (mustard gas aint hard to make) gunpowder is here to stay until we get something better like the rail guns we are working on but with out gun powder those would just get miniaturized to hand held versions,or fire, fire tends to be quite effective as well

TLDR gunpowder aint goin anywhere any time soon

Try reading it. If it's the one you guys normally cite, it's about using a camera on someone at a kiosk and generating a "bio-actor", which is an animated figure. By looking at the person's expressions, body posture and what not, the animation can be tailored to put the customer in the right frame of mind. Come to think of it, I think it was YOU that pulled that out in a HAARP thread, and it was blindingly obvious you'd never read it.

You really have to stop googling for keywords and stating that the result is 'proof' of something, and start actually reading the thing you cite.

No, I did not reveal this patent before;

United states patent no# 6,219,657

Assignee;NEC corp,Tokyo

Abstract; A device and method for creation of emotions are provided for an INTERFACE of INFORMATION ,such as an ARTIFICIAL AGENT and a personified AGENT,intervened BETWEEN a HUMAN BEING and an electronic APPARATUS.For instance, an emotion creating device is configured by a NEURAL network,a behavior DETERMINATION ENGINE and a feature determination engine. The neural network inputs user information, representing conditions of the user, and apparatus information.........
As you can see this is to interface artificial intelligence to the target brain. In my opinion this is a very scary concept.

The anti-gunpowder device would take advantage of the phenomenon called constructive interference, small electromagnetic waves would pass through bystanders harmlessly but only at precise space time (target) would there be a large multiplication of wave formations interfering with said explosives OXIDATION.Just a few bits of info ,dont want to reveal much of this intellectual property right now.
But it seems it dont matter, as all of you have stated there are a million ways for mankind to kill there brothers and sisters.

Nope, that's the one. It's not about emotion-beams shot by microwave mind control devices, it's a patent for creating a user interface on an electronic device like a ticket kiosk, where the user interface is something like an animated character whose "emotions" are determined by inputs from you, like a camera image of your face.

Sorry, other than heat, there aren't any ways for EM waves to change chemical reaction rates. I'd love for you to post some scholarly articles on this, if there are any. I'll wait.
