This is the paperwork that will control your world very soon if not stopped.

I watched the video, and even payed attention for the most part. Some of it comes across as paranoid doom porn, to be honest.

However, I was intrigued some of the information in the document. I am going to do a little more research on this UN resolution, and the follow-up since 1992.

Consider me on the fence on this one, but I am very interested to hear others' opinions.

They have been around for some time.

Halliburton's company site confirms that the government is engaged in a massive construction and preparation exercise to build concentration camps and prisoner processing facilities in the United States. This is particularity astonishing and disturbing considering that the U.S. already incarcerates more orders of magnitude more people than any other nation, about on-par with U.S.S.R. at the height of Stalin's era.

In the 1980s Richard Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld discussed similar emergency detention powers as part of a super-secret program of planning for what was euphemistically called “Continuity of Government” (COG).

These camps are to be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) when Martial Law is implemented in the United States (at the stroke of a Presidential pen and the Attorney General's signature on a warrant).

Texas Congressman Henry Gonzales revealed many years ago plans of Rex 84 which former colonel Ollie North helped design. The late Representative Jack Brooks also of Texas brought this concentration camp and internment program as well as the Continuity of Government Program to light during the Iran Contra hearing. The chairman refused to let North even talk about them in open hearings under “National Security.”

Mr. Gonzales stated these camps and plans were for the detention of AMERICANS, especially those who refused to surrender their weapons.

Yes,
along with aliens, ufos, bigfoot, free energy, nuclear fusion, time travel, my grandmother's apple pie,
my wife's naked ass, a photo of me doing the helicopter while drunk off my ass at a bachelor party,
super strings, the fish that got away, the hot chick that was checking me out today, my third nipple, the little bastard neighbor kid who keeps stealing my news paper, the Chupacabra, ball lightning,
underground bunkers, a billion dollars in cash, a billion dollars in beaver pelts, a photo of me playing naked twister by myself at said party, a photo of me playing naked twister with a one legged midget lathered up with baby oil and riding a tri-cycle, the way my weird uncle Koolaid would look at me when there were no other adults around, the way my weird uncle Koolaid would look at me when there WERE other adults around, the dead hooker in the trunk of my friends car, the look on my daughter's face when she walked in on me and mommy "wrestling", the look on my daughter's face when she walked in on me and her best friend's mommy "wrestling", the look on my daughter's best friend's face when she walked in on me and her daddy wrestling,( we were seriously just wrestling though, note the lack of quotation marks) Giants, gnomes, elves, sprites, fairies, and trolls and everything else that doesn't exist because someone is unable or unwilling to give YOU proof.

The last one I CAN prove exists though.
There is one in this thread.
Shhh, if you listen closely you can hear him breath sighs of defeat

Boom! I think you got nearly everything there.

On a different note however, ATS isn't just about providing proof all the time, if we could prove half the stories on here we'd live in a completely different world. It's an open forum for intelligent discussion and a lot of conjecture.

"FEMA camps" is a familiar generalization.

Posse Comitatus laws exempt National Guard and The Coast Guard and most armed Federal agencies and State and local police authorities.

The Federal "camps" are military bases and Federal prisons and any temporary camps on Federal lands.

Posse Comitatus is silent about foreign troops and any temporary encampments.

I'm not saying there is not some plan... on camps... or on killing people.

but how do the two fit together though?

If you kill people, those people don't really need shelter anymore, do they?

There is reason to think that something is going down and planned for october. meals, ammo, foreign soldiers... I have heard many unusual details but the plans for whatever it is remains secret.

I personally hope it's a take over.

I'm not a big fan of capitalism or snotty, cowardly bankers, the real estate scamers, the shysters on wall street or the general disproportion of our society. the problem is not that there are too many poor people, it's that there are not enough so that everyone can know what it feels like. Fair's fair...and when it becomes bad enough THEN we will see that we should have helped each other. That's called progress.

they better not stack us too close, for we are pathogenic and tall buildings are known to collapse when shaken or flown into. I agree that we scar the land and the land doesn't really belong to us and needs more respect, but they are not really known for respecting the land either so how is this going to work out? we do consume way too much though. Just take some time out to calculate how much toilet paper americans use. It's hysterical. I think we should all have small houses with enough yard for gardens and should have armed guards on patrol in our sections... and sound proof walls so we don't have to hear each other, but they should not really stack people in tall buildings... even two story buildings. i don't believe in such things.

I think many people live too large though and should have smaller houses and not have all these big stupid yards that grow nothing but grass. everybody in the US could have a half an acre EACH (even though most do not live alone) and all that would just about fit inside the area of texas....minus roads of course but my point is that a half an acre is a decent sized yard. my other point is that no one should be homeless and many people just live way too unrealistically. third being everyone could live in texas and still have a good sized garden...and they SHOULD have a garden.

The way we are living *IS* quite stupid, but we should never stack people up or make them live close to each other without armed guards because many of them are going to be angry for having to live like everyone else.

I know for a fact I could live in a hundred square feet. Comfortably in 200 square feet.

If i was on ground level with no one above me i would have no problem with it as long as they were not coming through my door forcefully whenever they wanted. If i could study and have outside activities at times without fear of being homeless... i wouldn't have a problem with it. I think it's totally unnatural to not be in touch with nature right in your living surroundings and don't see how people survive in big cities. i don't consider that natural or good for the environment at all... or for society, but having a space... everyone having a space without stress and worry of so many things, with a decent sized garden would actually be very cool. I don't see how people could really complain about that if it was to save the environment because we ARE going to destroy this planet if we keep this up.

but with certain people giving it an endorsement..if any of this is true, makes me believe it has nothing to do with the environment. I don't know... it just doesn't add up.

I wish someone would make a comprehensive, informative post about Agenda 21 without all the fear porn mixed in because it's a real thing, happening now, everywhere. I am trying to put together information but I have a hard time organizing my thoughts (never been a very good paper writer). There's a bunch of videos out there that are incredibly informative without the Alex Jones/Glen Beck fear spin but they're long and I don't want to just post one and say "hey, watch this."

Agenda 21 equals "sustainable development" and "smart growth" along with a few other buzz words used to hide it and it sounds like a dream but it's not.

There are no "fema camps" as shown in this video's context but Agenda 21 is alive and thriving in your community.

Sorry bud this is total rubbish. No where in Agenda 21 does it say it wants to reduce world population. It is about man and nature living in harmony. This propaganda is being put out by those who would see our planet destroyed.

But what happens is when you allow these planners to come into your city that use the guidelines and principles outlined with Agenda 21, then regulations and codes are written for builders to comply with. Land is rezoned and these new building codes and regulations are enforced.

For a real-world example, in the town I grew up in, Greenfield, Ma, they have a new Comprehensive Sustainable Master Plan that will be finalized in 2014.

Greenfield, MA is an I.C.L.E.I Member had has received a nice $203,000 check (hanging up to show off in their town hall) to use for their new green initiative. That check came from I.C.L.E.I. When this plan goes into action, they will have to comply with certain rules, codes and regulations. These codes, rules and regulations are all written with Agenda 21 principles. You can see the language right there on the home page:

Each of the required elements of the Plan will balance social, economic and environmental resources to create strategies to meet the needs of current and future generations in Greenfield without compromising the systems on which they depend

"social, economic and environmental" are the three "E"s outlined in Agenda 21. The motto, going way back to the roots of all this, has been "development that meets the needs of the present without
compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs." And this is a recurring theme all over the country and world. It's not coincidental and it's absolutely intentional. The local city councils and residents have absolutely NO idea what is happening. Most don't even have a clue what Agenda 21 is.

When this plan goes through in Greenfield, my mother is very much in danger of having her land rezoned for "multi-use dwellings" and when it is, if she does not comply, she will be fined and if she doesn't pay the fines, she will lose her land that she's been on for 40+ years. The local farms there are in trouble. Every land owner in every town this is implemented is in trouble.

This is a very real thing. Agenda 21 IS sustainable development.
