I have been charged £14 today for The Cloud on Apple for 10gb of storage even though I only use the 5gb free one. I admit last year when I got a new
phone I opted in to buying it but kept checking this month and it was always just for the free storage that was ticked and used.
How do I contact Apple by email to get a refund without having to try to phone them which I know will take forever?
I do know there is a way for this but don't know the exact procedure to go through with it and any help will be appreciated.
