We'll I see the blue and yellow dot in this vid.. It appears to me he uses the light poles in the background.. Moves his camera around and lays with the focus the whole time..

Hi, I'm from Sudbury as well. I can't really comment on the video, thought I HAVE heard that there have been a lot of UFO sightings in the area lately. Apparently there's a UFO "hotspot" somewhere in Capreol. I haven't personally witnessed any UFO's myself though.
