The Jimmy Saville scandal was supposed to have blown the lid off of this fact, but it seems it didnt and it wont. Neither did the Marc Dutroux case, it almost did, just like the Saville scandal, but these people are simply above the law. The McMartin preschool case didnt either, and neither did the franklin savings and loan scandal.

People involved in the clubs( probably well over 1/3 of the planets populace) have either been promised something they must have or they are very very terrified of speaking out.

It will run its course and collapse like it always does every 10,000 years.

I really dont think the numbers are that high, and I certainly dont want to wait 10,000 years for a solution.

Instead of trying to figure out if the guy should receive a lengthy jail time for a crime he hasn't committed yet, let's point him in the direction of mental health....( W/ steel reinforced re-barr/ concrete/ bars and padding to make sure he doesn't bump his little head. Thats after he does time for child porn.

Obviously this is one sick MF!!! So instead of looking at this as the Minority Report/ Tom Cruise... Let's look at this as getting this guy supervised and help so be doesn't eat our children. Again... Help in a Mental Institution because obviously this guy isn't wrapped at all.

I'm glad that you can still smile at children. I live in NE Arkansas, in a small town of about 15,000. When I'm in the check out line at wally world, and some toddler in the basket in front of me smiles at me and says "hi," if I reply the mother turns and gives me the look from hell.
Children have been attracted to me for years, because I'm a gentle soul who would gladly put myself in harms way to protect a child, but, God forbid, I would never hurt one.
It is a sad world we live in my friends.
People like this scum bag needs to be in general population, while FBI profilers study him for as long as he lives. And he doesn't get to miss an interview just because he's in the infirmery.

I know I have very dark thoughts, especially in regards to paedophiles and anyone else that makes victims of the most vulnerable people. But hey I can admit it, and I dont go acting those thoughts out.
That would be the MAJOR difference.

I read this a few days ago, the most disturbing about this article is, that he has pictures about children that are prepared to be eaten... I mean WTF???? How sick can people be if this are actual real pictures and not staged ones (even then it is disgusting) they should track this people down somehow. i know how you feel i am scared to look at a kid now in case you are hit with a label as a single guy this is something to watch out for as you are branded just because you prefer to be on your own in your old age 46 .

You could not be anymore wrong with atleast your comparison, if I understand you correctly? Surely you are not suggesting that those who would wish death to this individual as punishment, are equal to wanting to rape, torture and eat a child? I doubt you meant that.

I will agree that we humans can all be evil if put into a certain situation, emotional tragedy or even a certain era of history where violence is the only solution to survival. We humans also commit evil within our own minds, but that is much different than acting upon it.

Which brings up a good question concerning this case like a few of us brought up earlier. Having a thought police can be dangerous, but I do believe they did their job very well here.

And this is why I do registered sex offender checks every other month because the monster is real. I've been accused of worrying too much and being a hovering mother of my thirteen year old daughter. Heck, all you have to do is read the news and every single day you hear about these monsters. One less in the world so thankful for that.

I am sorry to disappoint you but if you look at the statistics of recidivism rates, you will find that 98%+ are non recurring... And that your sexual predators are people that are close to their victims such as family being the largest majority of offenders.
With that taken into account, that leaves about 4.5% of all sex offenses being committed by strangers... So, with that in mind, consider the recidivism rate, at 2%. That means that the stereotype of sex offenders preying on others is borderline myth. I am not saying it doesn't happen, I am just saying that people don't realize that the SOR is a really worthless instrument that has never been proven to lower or eliminate any sex offense crimes period.
Urinating in the woods while deer hunting and somebody see you or getting dressed in your own house and forgetting to shut the blinds and a passerby sees you will land you on the registry for life. There is no logical reason that the SOR should still be in use bc again, it has never been remotely proven to deter any sex offense crime.
I have to agree with everyone else's viewpoint that this story is insanely strange! I am appalled at the barbarity that this man has manifested in his psyche. As the poster has correctly asked earlier, should he be tried for crimes he has NOT committed? I think that it's speculation as to whether this journalism is actually legitimate fact or sensationalism. All journalist write or report how they see a story.Unless the alleged assailant actually said this was the actual intent and purpose then I see it as speculation in part of intent.
If he is truly guilty then he deserves to get mental help and incarceration. People that call themselves Christian should steer clear of casting the first stone. Sometimes the prosecutors urge the media to report these stories to gain public support for publicity to show the constituents their productivity. Sometimes they are wrong and sometimes they are right for a preemptive strike on a person's character before the defendant is tried by a jury of his peers.
I just ask that people stop, take a breath and examine before you let illogical emotions take hold. The acts that are referenced are reprehensible and should be treated as such but at the same time, lets find fact first then act. I rarely if ever rely on a reporter or prosecutor's word about anything.
Please don't think I am taking anybody's side on this story. I am just stating that there is a mob of people with pitchforks, axes and torches and perhaps this guy was innocent and set up and maybe he is legitimately innocent and set up.
Even though you check the SOR every day or every 3hours, it still isn't going to make your daughter any safer. It does nothing to protect her or you for that matter.... Who really cares if a past sex offender lives 4houses down from you. As long as you teach your daughter and yourself to always protect yourself then you will all be fine. Another reason I am fan of the castle doctrine and stand your ground laws. If you go looking for monsters you will find them under every rock and sometimes you will imagine them even when they aren't there.
I believe one should be ever vigilant but always passively observational.
