Nellis Agressor Pod support service effect Oct 1, 2013

Looks like Nellis is getting ready to start training again. They are finalizing the contract for the "pods" that are used to track aircraft performance during training exercises. It starts on Oct 1, 2013.

This section of the contract shows that some "foreign materiel" will be used. Typically this is just Soviet era helicopters like the MI-24.

13. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED FACILITIES AND SUPPLIES
13.1 Acquisition of components of pod systems
13.1.1 The government shall purchase the replacement parts of the pod systems from the manufacturer’s distributor for the repair of the pods.
13.1.2 The government will provide:
13.1.2.1 5 Advanced Capability Pods
13.1.2.2 3 Python-5 Pods
13.1.2.3 1 Foreign Materiel Program asset

There is no Red Flag this calendar year. Presumably the contract is for Green Flag and weapons school.
