To me, it was kind of like he was saying that we'd be glad to help you, but first you have to put up a government according to our dictates, or
something like that. Ya, I noticed it, and well, I am kind of concerned that maybe he just wasn't talking to Palastine, but rather anyone and
everyone who might happen to receive any type of help or assistance from us.
