Good. The kid should have taken away. Their parents are being feed a bunch of crap by crackpots who think kids are being injected radio transmitters or Super AIDS. Come on. The vaccines are for the good of your kid and the good of every other kid out there that. I had zero problem getting my kid her shots and this idiotic idea that OMG the government or someone is putting things into kids is silly. Time and time again, those charges have been shown to be false. The reason, we do the vaccines is so we don't get a plague and turn this planet into the end of the Stand or Walking Dead.

Of course, when the leaders of this movement are crazy Michelle Bachman and the girl from Singled Out, what else do you expect. Get the shots, no one is doing anything other making sure you are healthy and not going to kill the rest of us.

hey dude or dudet, send your kids over to the lab and get them shots, dont worry it's for the good of all, dont bother asking questions, "trust" your government because they do everything right and never make mistakes and their different departments works so well together, heck they can do the amazing these days with efficiency and moral standards, i'd be willing to bet they could even float in mid air while administering the vac's, they're so special, uncorrupted and caring. rolls eyes

Hershey Medical Center is NOT a Government hospital but rather a University Hospital. Penn State University to be specific.
As such, it's considered in many cases (court cases that is) to be a "learning hospital" and as such, has more leeway when performing questionable procedures, experimental acts and downright negligence.

I've known more than 1 person who's had issues with that place.

you do realize that the pharmaceutical industry is a multi BILLION dollar industry right. and that much of that money is made by IMPOSING medication and vaccines right?

If there was an "option" as to what you had to take to be considered healthy the profit margin may be reduced to half of what it currently is....or less.

Never heard of the issues of pharmaceutical companies bribing doctors to insist on medication and vaccines?

Horriffic, this is a shameful way to treat a mother that just gave birth. And to kick her and the husband out of the Hospital after not even 24 hours after labor. This is going to be a Win for this family, when it goes to court, The Hospital wont have to worry about anything, theyll just fire the social worker.

Because they aren't trying to spell OxyContin but oxytocin, a hormone produced in the body that assists in labor. Oxytocin injections are used often after birth to help the placenta deliver quicker.

By law people do not have to have their children vaccinated, in fact there are exemption forms to allow children to attend school if they are not vaccinated.

I see a massive lawsuit coming and the hospital will lose.

Sorry, but this looks like a propaganda piece from a BS website. The only date I see is from when the piece was written, but the story sounds very familiar & seems much older to me. Find the same story from a verifiable news agency & we'll probably get a better picture of what really happened. Not saying it didn't happen, because I remember a very similar story from a Hershey hospital, so my guess is that this is the same story rehashed & reworded for effect.

Is everyone on this board paranoid nuts? The hospital in question, I know well and have had zero problems with it. I have not heard of anything like this happening and I question if it really happened. This is another piece of meat to get people angry over an issue that shouldn't be an issue. Even if it did happen, the hospital was in the right.

I couldn't agree more. This story sounds like it has only one side to tell. I know a lot of social workers who investigate crimes against children and they have nothing but care for these kids. It sounds like this story left out something crucial to the end result. Probably something drug related for them to make such quick action.

This is about vaccines and being labeled a trouble maker. She got labeled uncooperative when she dared to ask them what they were trying to give her. Then she got in trouble for not wanting them to vaccinate her child and wanting to see if she carried HepB. The hospital used thug tactics to take her child from her "legally" do what THEY wanted, then the court gave her back her child. She probably won't win a lawsuit because what they did was legal.

Label her dangerous, make up some stupid story, and the brain dead bow at the alter of pharmaceutical paid doctors and AMA legal system will not find for her.

And what do you base this on? Your friend? I have worked in social services. There are good and bad people involved. What in this story tells you she is an unfit mother, dangerous, or gives them the right to force their decisions regarding vaccinations which we legally have the right to deny and deny for our children?

Then the hospital demanded that they give Annie shot for Hepatitis B. Jodi said that she would agree only if they tested her or Annie to see if either of them were positive. If so, then she was quite willing to have the shot for Annie. The hospital claimed that they had forgotten about this earlier when it was still possible to test that day, and that they needed to give the shot anyway without any testing.

I am extremely anti vaccine and a big fan of natural immunity.

With that said, this Article has no sourcing, I Googled it and can find nothing from any other media outlet.

The site the article is on also seems in question when I try to get background information on it and just checking other articles located on it. It feels very Mercola-ish.

I actually found extremely similar stories on Google, again which have no sourcing. I feel like this might be a story that is getting circulated from an unknown source and may have been changed in any manner of ways.

The thing that fascinates me most about people that think like you, is that you're so-called concern for the child's welfare and lack of concern for a mother's rights would promptly be completely reversed if she were to have wanted to kill the child while still inside her 4 months prior.

This is actually a legal mistake.

The State does not own the child until the birth certificate is complete. Until that time, the State, or the hospital as its advocate, has no authority over the child.

Once the birth certificate is finalized, the State has full authority over the child - that is the law. Then the State can do what is in the best interest of the State's new asset.

There is grounds for a lawsuit on that matter, the only problem is, the State has no authority to take the case, as the case does not involve its property, so a judge will most likely throw the case out.

I do find it interesting that folks are so mind controlled by the medical system, and the State, that they will support the taking of a child from the parents to give it a shot preventing a sexually transmitted disease moments after it is born.

Think about that, folks are so terrified, so mind controlled that the actually think is is a GREAT idea to steal a child moments after it is born to inject it. Folks in this thread are so stupefyingly mind controlled that simply waiting until things settle out and calm is in order is TOO LATE! More to the point, these folks simply asking what is in that injection is grounds for imprisonment and folks replying in this thread agree with that one hundred percent - do not question the State, Medicine or Science - ever! Orwell smiles.

I guess the world has change, when I was born ,people with Hep were not shagging kids so early, they were at least waiting a while.
