Equipment: Canon Mark II 5D 21mp camera, 800mm lens, 2x extender

Best guess is a scientific balloon. Something like this:

Similar object was seen over Fresno CA on May 15th 2013.

Or a unknown craft that look like a balloon
Either way.. it can only be a UFO until more information

Actually It's not a typical weather balloon. I photograph those all the time. It turns out that it is likely a "NASA Super Pressure Long Duration Balloon". Not exactly common. Also quite large.
