me and my friend were talking about different ways to meditate. when i do it, ether i start from a big number and focus on the numbers as i count
down, or try to focus on blanking my mind for as long as possible. the only real benifits i find are relaxation and i can get to sleep easier.
i have heard about people achieving revelations and different planes of existance. how do you get there, and what do i have to do different from what
i am doing now.
