Report: AIPAC to mount major lobbying blitz for Obama's Syria strike plan.

AIPAC was expected to lobby "virtually every member of Congress," according to the report.

And this was released earlier in the week, AIPAC says they support US strike on Syria.

Isnt there a thread floating around saying that the Representatives are getting calls 500 to 1 against attacking Syria?

Looks like yet another US foreign invasion will come down to the will of the people vs a very powerful foreign lobbying group.

Wonder who'll win...

Unfortunately- probably the lobbying group.

Remember- They are lobbying politicians- Not people(citizens). Politicians care about two things.

1. Money.
2. Power.

On the other hand- If these Congressmen and women change their tunes- and they agree to go after the money-
The people will have a very good excuse to bitchslap every single one of them out of their seats- by force if neccesssary.

Well remember the banker bailouts under Bush?

At that time Congress was getting calls 100 to 1 against saving the banks.

If you recall, Congress actually listened and the first vote FAILED. It was awesome.

Afterwards the media went on a blitz and it was then that the Fed with others within the government began to threaten Congress with martial law and miraculously, the vote was passed...

Yes I do.

They try that now- things will turn out a whole lot differently. People are more fed up now than they ever were before- on BOTH sides.

Kind of bittersweet in the fact that the Govt is always talking about bi-partisanship.
Well- The people finally seem to bipartisan-and it is not the kind of bi partisanship that our govt wants to see.

Aipac isnt foreign. Where do you think all that money comes from? Jews? Spielberg? Rotschild? The same people who used money to manipulate politics before Aipac came into existence do so now, they just keep rebranding the hand which doles it out.
