Haven't been here in a while. At first glance, I like the facelift.

How do I get to my profile (not in My ATS), don't see the old (and bad) search function at all. And how do you post a new thread?

Where are the instructions for new features? Where is my mail?

And it is really slow.

Click on the down arrow to the right of "logout" for more options, including your profile.
