Idiot's Guide to the Middle East and who supports who (Flow Chart)

This flow chart seems like a jumbled mess at first, but I found it somewhat helpful at putting into perspective what a jumbled mess it is in the Middle East. I dont see how there will ever be peace.

Perfect and indeed it makes the most sense. If you keep an area in constant political and civil turmoil in which everyone is fighting each other behind closed doors, open meetings will never happen. If open meetings never happen no consensus on an areas best interests can be acheived. Same rule applys here at home on a smaller scale

So...where do the Christians fit in there?
Oh, that's right they don't....they used to have some freedoms there....but for much longer

Yes, I agree. It's confusing and doesn't clear up the various groups and countries relationships. We need a better example.

yet 'israel' creáted Hamas

I think you will find that most Middle East nations actually hate Israel and when not indoctrinating their own people that Jews are bad (see Saudi school text books), or sending arms against them (e.g. Iran funding Hezbollah), they are busy finding ways to perpetuate hatred, distrust and excuses not to talk. This is manifest in most Muslim nations not recognising Israel as a sovereign State (e.g. amongst others - Morocco; Algeria; Mali; Niger; Chad; Libya; Sudan; Somalia; Syria; Lebanon; Kuwait; Saudi Arabia; Yemen; UAE; Oman; Iran; Afghanistan; Pakistan; Bangladesh; Indonesia; Malaysia, etc).
