Where is the "highly speculative" forum?

Id like to post something that I think would be appropriate for that section and was unable to find it.

Skunkworks? Grey area? Those are both under conspiracy section. One of those had or has a subheading highly speculative. Don't remember there being any thing else like that.

Grey seems to be alien related?

I guess I can post it in skunk works but I seem to recall a forum called "highly speculative".

Maybe a mod has to move it there?

Just checked for you, skunk works is for highly speculative topics.
