The reply you reference was in response to a video that was deleted by the member, not the video in the OP....read back and you'll see that ....

The video that was removed was meant to be a joke, I think, in contrast to the the very powerful and meaningful video in the OP.....it was about some crazy lady having a tantrum because she couldn't get McNuggets and my observation about it....sorry for the confusion......

I dont know about you but if my car breaks down and its worth fixing I dont abandon it along the highway and go buy a new one.

The government is corrupt and has problems. Who runs the government? Rich people do. How? By brainwashing people via mass media.

The person I replied to explained what they meant and its not for everyone. If everyone does what they want society becomes dysfunctional and chaotic. Temporary anarchy is a solution but not the best one.

The pen is mightier than the sword. I dont think anyone grew up thinking they would join the conspiracy community and work for nothing. At least I didn't.

Boy can I relate to this statement, I really have come to see educating myself and speaking up as "my job" and have taken my share of ridicule for it, not to mention living a much more simple life in terms of "material" comforts.

Sorry about your Hotel, I also lost a small business before selling out to corporate America....my logic at the time was if "you can't beat them, join them" and I made a nice living for my family, which I considered my priority.

Now I hope to take my understanding of how the World works to a different level, and use that knowledge and work ethic to improve the World in what ever way I can, rather then using all my energy on making money and following the "rules" for the sake of the "rule" rather then logic or common sense....

There are people, not just in the USA, but all over the "free" world, crying out for sense and reason, throwing themselves to thier kness and screaming out for some clue as to just what the HELL is going on with our various democracies and governments, asking themselves how they can continue to go through the daily grind in good faith, knowing that thier every effort is making it possible for vast devastation to be enacted against mostly defenseless human beings, excused by the occassional removal of one or two alleged dictators... people everywhere are searching for hope.

Well, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, HERE is your hope, your spark of freedom of thought. Here she is! And she does not sit upon a throne of gold, wear a red cape and a skin tight spandex suit, with her underpants on the outside. Shes a woman sitting in a car, explaining to you, to me, to the entire world, what is wrong with superpower status, the national ego, the group mind, the collective conciousness of large groups of people, banded together under a flag...

This woman, in less than a quater hour, spoke more honestly, truthfully, and realistically about the affairs of today, than any other person who has ever publically uttered a word on camera on this subject.

And when I say that I mean that although her comments are addressed to the American people, her wisdom should be applied by ALL people living in western democracies, all nations which contributed to the various facets of the war on terror, all nations from which were drawn the mercenary armies whose goons used to, and probably still, zoom around the streets of Iraqs cities, firing randomly into traffic rather than blowing the horns of thier hummers, all nations from which are drawn the experts who help craft drones, which kill indiscriminately, and whose collateral damage is horrific.

This woman is your hope America. This woman, and people who are capable of thinking for themselves and reaching conclusions which make real sense, these are your hope. I know that, because they are mine too. Let us be totally and completely honest. What is true in a general case, for those of you living in the USA right now, is also true of people living in my most beloved Britain, and in all of Europe, and many nations in the Med as well. All of our nations are attempting to police the globe, all of our nations are attempting to queer the pitch for the Arab states, and all of them are doing it for one reason, and one reason alone, and that is profit and power. She sees it! She knows it for what it is, and unlike thousands upon myriad thousands, MILLIONS of people in the free world, she has managed to sum up, in a very public fashion, exactly what the insanity of a nations leaders looks like when one has managed to remove the tinted shades from ones eyes.

In the video, she asks you all to get on the telephone to your representatives. If you ask me the best thing you can do for that woman, is to crowd fund her presidential campaign, because I swear to God in heaven, no matter how crap she might be at administration of day to day business, getting the mail in on time, getting the garbage disposed of properly, the hum drum, on the big issues, no one will ever be as truthful with you on these matters, as this lady has been in this video.

This womans wisdom and understanding are transcendant of nationality, religious and political belief... they are pure manifestations of truth, and as such will ring in the ears of all who hear them, wether they are well recieved or ill. I defy even the staunchest supporter of the official line on a potential Syrian intervention, to watch this womans speech from the drivers seat of her car, and forget her words within a week. It will not happen, because truth is hard to shake, wether you like the truth you hear, or wether you do not.

I say again ladies and gentlemen, here is your hope. She is your hope, because if there is one woman like her, aware, incisive, immune to nonsense, unswayed by BS , if there is ONE like her in the USA, imagine how many people there must be all over the place, who know the truth and embrace it. I have never been as inspired by a commentary on a political situation, as I have been by this womans impassioned delivery. Single handed, this woman has given me hope that somewhere in the world, there ARE pockets of sense which extend beyond the boundaries of this website (yes, I just said that).

Just for producing this person, God bless you America. God help you, and bless you.

I have made a similar suggestion in several posts around the boards. They don't call it the "power" of money without reason.

We ultimately have the ability to return the control of our country to the people; if we used our collective power.

It would be an extremely simple thing to do, but very hard, because we have become complacent, lazy, and have developed a sense of entitlement that makes it almost impossible for us to succeed.

I guess what many are saying is true; we have past the point of return and are now in the first stages of survival mode. I just hope it doesn't disintegrate to " every man for himself" too quickly.

The answer is not to phone a congressman haha - well, do it anyway.

The only way to stop the monster is to stop working, stop paying tax, stop buying stuff, stop using dollars, find a way to grow your own food and other wise be totally self sufficient - maybe you need to form a community to do it - and never stop telling it how it is.

Also get a gun, and if you are going to march - march armed - they wont listen to anything else.

People like her give me hope for the future. You don't have to be a lemming if you don't want to be.

Like her, I am also confused by NATO's reaction to the killing of Syrians by wanting to kill even more Syrians

"We are the evil ones" ?

She continues rambling about nothing... She doesn't even make sense I wonder if she smoked a bit too much of whatever the hell she has obviously been toking on.

We're evil for not standing for a dictator massacring thousands of innocent people with chemical weapons? Lol.

It was the condescension and negativity toward her that threw me.

Opinions expressed during an emotional breakdown are what they are, they get overshadowed by the train wreck in progress that the viewers have to sit through.

So her statements are less true because the content in her outreach put her at the end of her rope?

Guess she should just shut up take her sedating meds, convince herself everythings ok and Obama loves her?

Do you disagree with the statements made by her?

So Assad did it? From what I've gathered there is no evidence for that and to be frank it doesn't make sense that he did.

If you didn't get any sense out of her then you are in the minority here.

She nails it. She really, really, nails it.

The rubber band is snapping back. That's what this woman represents. We have been stretched thin, this society is about to have a rebound, a demanded rebound if necessary, back from this progressive trip into fascist socialism.

If we strike Syria the wars worldwide will escalate beyond the proxies, and there will be a civil war in this nation; and our enemies know it. We are teetering on the abyss of all out world war, and our nation will be fighting itself; making us easy pickings.

Our country has used all the will of its people on the proxy wars; as the wars will no longer be fought so that the American people are not affected they, the American people, will revolt. This is what many countries across the world told the US last week, "From now on, your wars will affect your people. If you bomb another country, including Syria, repercussions of the action will reach the American people." When that happens, millions of comfortable Americans will have a very rude awaking. Think for a moment about what would happen if China placed sanctions on the US; because when we bomb Syria that's pretty much how they said they will respond. A trade stoppage, even restrictions, with China would cause the price of nearly every household item, from towels and toilet paper to air conditioners and garage door openers, to sky rocket. There will be a shortage of nearly every items. Not everyone will have the option of purchasing double ply because it will be a rarity on the shelves; and single ply nearly as hard to come by.

Under those circumstances alone, the American people will revolt. The amount of money on EBT assistance cards will be made worthless, effectively making welfare, which to many is a considered a right, not what they signed up for and incredibly "uncomfortable".

The American people will revolt.

They will revolt in our military. They will revolt in our politburo. The will revolt in our streets. They will revolt. Not all will revolt for the same reasons though.

Some will revolt because they know the uncomfortable truth of how we arrived here.

Some will revolt because an oil embargo has caused food prices to sky rocket.

Some will revolt because they are freezing and heating is not available or otherwise affordable if it were.

Some will revolt because it is simply the cool thing to do.

Some will revolt because nothing around them is "normal" anymore.

Point is: When the boots come marching to restore normalcy, you must know what it is you find revolting.

Me, I understand there's some hard times ahead. It's going to get tough, I don't find tough times revolting. Tough times come and tough times go, such is the nature of mankind and I don't find that revolting but rather welcome the challenge.

What I do find revolting is putting people in camps or bullets through their bodies; that I find revolting. Archiving my emails and recording my phone calls I find revolting. Anyone, in any way, encroaching on my, or someone else's, self evident individual liberties I find revolting; and will with steadfast resolve, stand firmly and squarely against with every beat of my heart and firing of a synapse.

I know the reasons for why I will revolt. I believe them to be righteous and worthy of my unbroken focus.

The question is, do you?

For those who think there's a way out of this, I must say I do not share your thought process or line of thinking. If the US doesn't strike, Assad, or a US proxy -it doesn't really matter which player does it-, will gas tens of thousands more and we will inevitably strike. When the US does strike; there will be war sanctions levied this time that will only serve to purposely escalate or start wars in other regions; most notably in my mind the Korean Peninsula and Central and South America. Europe will also see some rather interesting skirmishes; [side note] funny how well the German's are positioned in Europe yet again while the world is about to ignite.

God Bless and Godspeed to the believers.

Good luck and well wishes to the rest.

One can't fix the current machine. It was built broken. I think collectives would not only starve the machine, the most efficient and clean society would evolve from them. I'm a Trekkie too, but I know Trekkies are divided on this.

There are many problems we face trying to save the world. There are many factions who are apposed to each others' solutions. The general populace doesn't have the brain power to do much more than follow the carrots. We can't compete with the carrots dangled by the machine. We can't compete with the army wielded by the machine. We can only hope to escape the machine.

The underground movement is growing. It just needs more time. What form it takes is anyone's guess.

I read somewhere this happened in tunisia during arab spring a few years ago. Too bad it was a muslim brotherhood powergrab rather than a left wing anarchist revolt.

And people think Occupy is bad.

And thats great, but nothing is going to change just because something is growing, and the USA does not HAVE a whole bunch more time to get its house in order! It is about to be plunged into a fiasco waiting to happen, and the people need to act, now, yesterday, the day before that! I have been trying to motivate some of my friends here in Britain about these issues, but of course, our nation has already made its opinion known to parliament and SO far, parliament seems capable of fighting off Camerons war ambitions.

But the US has some serious risk of being thrown into a battle on the wrong side just at the moment, and because of the vast power held by the President, that risk is greater for the US than for other nations.

Its true! As far as I recall the Tunisian uprising began after a street vendor burned himself alive out of desperation and protest, and that sparked several violent demonstrations leading to the ousting of Tunisias leadership.

However, as righteous as the cause of removing corruption and over centralised power bases from the US is, can you really see anyone being that pro-active until it is WELL too late to prevent any more degradation and errosion of the ideals laid down in that constitution-ma-jig you have over there? I think thats the thing about the video which strikes me hardest. The woman who is speaking is more than aware of the futility of her words, but knows they must be said in any case.

The time for growing and assembling is over if you ask me. If the American people leave it any longer before getting down to the business of fixing thier nation, it may corrode beyond the ability of the people to repair it. I have the same fear for my own nation as well more often than not.

I enjoy participating in the alternative community and sharing ideas, its just ironic that some apparently get paid to misinform and add friction to the debates. Not you or me of course, they know who they are.

Yes paying the bills is priority numero uno. I didn't lose the hotel yet but its been a mess trying to get my payments rescheduled, finding new travel agents to do business with and dropping the old ones, hustling here and there which gets me depressed at times.

Both tea party and occupy tried but the numbers were not there. A few thousand assembled and chanting wasn't enough. To be honest I dont live in the USA any more and I mentioned that in a previous post. I moved to greece and started a business about 10 years ago.

Its encouraging that the UK voted down cameron's war agenda, but france and usa seem to insist. From the usa I expected it to a degree, but from france? That was a bit shocking. Obama did back down by asking congress to vote on it so perhaps we won a battle or two. The war is not over yet.

Dont let stuff get on your nerves. It aint worth it!
