Music Therapy - Tone Generator

Recently, I downloaded this TG to produce frequencies of 1-20Khz. I also have a list of frequencies to be used for a wide array of ailments. Some have a single frequency, and others have more. What the instructions in the list do not say is whether or not you're supposed to put in all the frequencies and play them together (when there's more than one). The program itself can only generate up to 16, and some of the ailments listed have more than that number. So what is the correct way to use it??
