Brazil have advance nuclear energy, even when they agree not to use it for nuclear weapons the US is getting to interested lately on their nuclear sources and they want Brazil to let inspectors take a look at what they have.

All those countries together have about 5 Trillion $ GDP, US Still has 2:1 advantage, add EU and advantage against this "coalition" is 4:1.
It would be in Russia's best interest if they joined forces with US and not with these corrupt countries but unfortunately there is not much public support for that.

Russia should not join the corrupt countries China, India and Brazil, but should join the EU/US
This should be the quote of the day in the comedy section.

Anyway, this alliance is absolutely necessary if Russia, India, China and Brazil want to survive. Unfortunately, I cannot be optimstic, I think it is more likely India will go with US, however if it had to choose between US and Russia, I think it's long relationship with Russia, and all their plans together will be a factor, and I hope India honours it.

I think a partnership between India and China is less than likely than a war between them. As for Brazil, I am not really sure about this country. I personally think a trilateral India, China and Russia is enough to challenge the might of the US. All of these countries, is left to develop, will each become superpowers, and having the combined might of three superpowers will be able to contain the NWO designs of the empire.

That would be a combined GDP(PPP) of $11 trillion, and a combined population of 2.5 billion or 40% of the total world population, with an urban class of over 1 billion and a technocratic population of about the same. All nuclear powers, space and scientific powers, and with the most powerful armies in the world. This would certainly create a formiddable force. In the long term, it would surpass the EU/US.

However, will it happen soon, let alone happen at all? If the empire has it's way, we will see a world war before India, China and Russia tie the knot. I think it's a pipedream at this stage.

In the future, I hope we form a world government, and unite as a race. It's sad we need a world war before that can happen.

The 2003 Transparency International Corruption Perceptions Index
The following numbers are corruption scores, 10 is squeaky clean, 5 and below are really bad.

Brazil: 3.9
China: 3.4
India: 2.8
Russia: 2.7

EU: 6-8+ for bigger countries
US Corruption score: 7.5, shares its place with Ireland and Belgium

You can add Japan, Australia, NZ, Singapore, Israel, South Korea to this coalition and this is population of 850 million. It's quality that matters not quantity anyway.

No comment neccessary

Those 4 backwards countries stand no chance in any kind of cold war against the western empire unless they use nukes or something destabilizes US from within.

I think we have another nomination for the comedy section. So how is corruption quantified, more less measured? Dude, you need to get a clue of what EU/US is all about, and you can start by reading the following article in NWO forum: "The European Empire: Never ended" and recently, I can't think of anything more corrupt than invading Iraq under juggled pretexts, deceiving the public at home.

As for "backwards" countries? India, China and Russia, backwards? You're talking out of your arse mate. These are the worlds fastest growing ecnomies, the technical population of either India or China, is more than the total population of US, all of them are space, nuclear and knowledge powers. I find your "backwards" remarks highly racist and highly ignorant, so I am not going to pursue this any further with an ignormous like you.

Data comes from www.globalcorruptionreport.org... which is a reputable source for this information, and I'm sure you can find out why does bigger score mean less unless you are mentally disabilitated in which case I apologize.

Dude, you need to get a clue of what EU/US is all about, and you can start by reading the following article in NWO forum: "The European Empire: Never ended" and recently, I can't think of anything more corrupt than invading Iraq under juggled pretexts, deceiving the public at home.

It's called Project for the New American Century, assimilation of Iraq into west was planned well before the invasion, and deceiving ignorant public is a small price to pay for benefits that come from the well executed war in Iraq.
Last time I checked, due to American Isolationism World War II occured. This shows that if America doesn't show its determination to use power, world will destabilize itself. That's why decision making involves assessing risks of several alternate scenarios ahead.

Your text on NWO history is laughable, even for a 15 year old, I can give you an example of what I mean:
"In 1992-1995 due to a US/German sponsored civil war in Bosnia, 250,000 people were killed. This started in early 1990's with the American/German backed subversion and break up of Yugoslavia, including a conflict in 1995 where 600,000 people were forced out of Krajina region of the former Yugoslav Republic Croatia by the U.S.-trained and armed Croatian military."

It's absolutely ridiculous to assert that civil war in Bosnia was sponsored by US/Germany, ever heard of a lunatic dictator called Milosevic?
Also your statement about US trained and armed Croatian military is a blatant lie, and to me as a Croat it is insulting. Croatia NEVER used US weapons, most of it was manufactured in Russia or Yugoslavia, this can be verified in 5 minutes.

You seem to be incapable of making an objective research. As long as it fulfills your paranoid idea of evil [insert alien elite rotschild reptile queen] conspiracy you will be satisfied. You are living in a dreamworld.

They are all loud-mouthed quasi-powers, US has the best higher education in the world, so unless you mean all those great scientists managing porn sites from India I have to inform you that their knowledge and fictional space power poses no threat and none of their glorious technology is relevant.
I'm not insulting the people in those countries, but their whole system is inferior due to decades of mismanagement and now it tries to establish itself with silly superpower aspirations.
As for economic "backwardness" level, here it goes:
China will reach 2004 level of US per capita with constant growth rate of 5% (too optimistic).... *drumrolls* in a year 2054... and it should surpass US GDP in year 2070.

Are you saying you are a 15 year old, because if you are, I would not be surprised. I don't blame you mate, when I was your mental age, I would get patriotic for my country, my football team too--- wait, no that was when I was 10... but, the point I am making, when you've lived long enough and tasted the real physical world, championing countries and teams, becomes the least of your worries, because you begin to realise what you are compromising for this allegiance to a particular side, only your ability to think independently and be a decent human being.

Seriously, all that venom you just spued at me, and all that hate you have inside you for everyone else, it's scary... you are one miserable and unfortunate person..

At the end of the day, when it comes to patriotism, or rather nationalism in your case, you are not only supporting your government, you are supporting it's policies, and if those policies are as you said, forming the American century by invading people, then you are supporting murder and genocides of others too, and if you want to support that, then you lose your humanity, the very esscence of who you are.

I am not going to take your insults personal, because rather than being angry with you, I am so deeply saddened for you. Anyway, you will get your wish, the american century, but in the end you are going to deeply regret what you wished for, and when you do, remember me. And let's just say we will be even then

Good luck.

Putin is moving to slow momentum on the Pan American Union that
goes into effect January 2005. Brazil would indeed be interested in
options made by Putin as Brazil has previously resisted limitations
imposed upon them by the Pan American Union negotiations. Rather
than being forced into compliance they wish to preserve the power of
choice. Critics of the Pan American Union in the US also note it
effectivily circumvents more aspects of the US Constitution. Most
critics fall into the same catagory as the Anti-Federalists did over
200 years ago. (I tend to be anti-federalist myself).
I also doubt the rational of many aspects of the
PAU, but if Brazil goes with Putins' offer the US will be in (more)
trouble.

You can't refute anything I said because it's a well established fact so now you are saddened when your fictional reality can't match the real one.
So I'll wish you luck with hunting your reptiles, and in case you ever encounter one, here is a useful manual how to contain them when they run out of fresh human blood:

P.S. I am hardly blindly patriotic since I'm not even from the US, it's just that I can't stand people like you who chant their classic Anti-US/Capitalist ideology, you are probably some uneducated poor white male who tries to compensate for all the injustices in his life. In larger concentrations fellows like you are nothing but traitors and a threat for the system and all the hard working people who depend on it.

BTW, Megaquad thanks for the link, it is pretty good and it is from Germany, so people cannot claim it is something else the US government just made up...

I'm sorry but what am I suppose to be refuting? Your support for murder, tyranny, or your immaturity, bigotry, ignorance, stupidity and lack of respect, or your blind faith in western propaganda, or your inability to hold a decent conversation? You cannot refute such things, you can only leave such people to their own devices.

P.S. I am hardly blindly patriotic

This is funny coming from a 15 year old kid, who still hasn't lived long enough to know what hard work and life is all about. "Traitor" "threat" you sound like a brainless zombie - "Must protect government"

Oh and you know why I called you an ignormous earlier on, there was a valid reason for it. I've not said anywhere in my article, or on this site, that I subscribe to the reptillian theory. Yet, you've been ignorant enough to conclude this, without any questioning, and even post a picture of a lizard. In fact I don't really believe in it. That is what I told you about losing your ability to think independently. You are so entrained on the emotion of standing up for the empire, that you've forgotten how to think for yourself.

At one point when you grow up, you are going to have to take your own life into your own hands, and still being dependent at the age of 15 on pappa government to think for you and change your diapers, is not going to bode well.

At your age, everything looks like a game, even war. Leave the politics with the adults, mate, before you make yourself look even more stupid.

I think its great young people take and interest in government, Unfortunautely the only system most you have been exposed to is a ps2 or a gameboy, which is ok, when you get blown away you just restart the game!
In the real world ( most of us call it reality ) when a single one of our US or Allied soldiers are Injured or Killed thats not the end of it, you have an individual that Gave His Life believing he could make things better for a bunch of people that could give a rats ass, plus a military divison and a miminum of 10 people at home per incident that just gets there heart ripped out and their life turn upside down! There isnt one military family scared to death when the phone rings wondering what news is on the other end.
You say its about OIL, In part your damn rigt it is, Go back to your Jr High Economics Class, OIL IS MONEY, MONEY IS POWER, if we walked out it would be handing all that money and power to 10,000 OSAMAS and SADDAMS then what do you think will happen? If I have to tell you then you would have to be a loyalist playing stupid.
Get your game controller off your keyboard and take the aluminum foil off your windows!
If you are to ignorant to see we want for iraq then go back to cartoonland.
THE MONEY AND POWER FROM THIS RESOURCE BELONGS TO ALL THE GOOD IRAQI PEOPLE, the GOOD IRAQIS Deserve to have a BETTER Life!
These insurgents will do all it takes to seize that wealth and power to carry on centuries of religeous dominanition, control and slaughter, And breaking that chain my little freind cannot begin until you remove the OSAMAS and SADDAMS causing all the problems by removing them from iraq or removing their life from their body!!!!!

Wake up! You should realize you are not in fairy-tale-land anymore!
You are not hated for your opinion, you just need to realize that this is a very broad subject,
Getting slapped in the face is not new to us, it happens Every time we go to help!

Why is it that people that keep claiming that since "they didn't vote for Bush" they must be awakened, older, wiser, and more knowledgeable about war"?......

Perhaps these same people should know quite a few Republicans are old or mature and wise, many are/were soldiers and sailors....not to mention that most soldiers/sailors back Bush, i was also in the military under Clinton's watch, and although I did not agree with most of his views and how he was running the U.S., neither I nor any other soldier/sailor I knew disrespected him whether or not they agreed with his views...and he screwed us up big time.
