So freaking funny!

I laughed so hard- bent over my desk and hitting it with my fists while trying to catch my breath.

Couldn't figure it out at first- thought it was animatronics- then I saw the guys legs.

Very well done!

ETA: And the guy fell at least 5 times- so it's not just a horror movie cliche.

The Japanese have a wicked sense of humour and are the masters of pranks!

watching him flounder on the ground made me think of all those horrible B rated movies where the people can't stop falling over and get eaten by slow zombies. I guess it's a real phenomenon. Who would have thought.

So obviously staged. Look at the camera distance from the first two shots, the camera is nice enough to zoom all the way to his face from at the end of the hallway? So it must be of significant size, and we see three different angles of his face before we see the dinosaur. Then we get an angle from behind him and we see people running, but there are no cameras from where the previous angle was being shot.

Dead giveaway when he sees the dinosaur, he was anticipating his own reaction and exaggerated and over reacted, spilling his drink and pretending to fall over. So staged, and it seems like for a prank like this you wouldn't even have to script or stage anything, but they do to save money not wasting time on people who don't give good reactions.

OMG! That is even more funny that the first one! Loved when his wig went flying and he could barely run in his heels!

I agree. Aside from everything you pointed out, nothing about their movements seems natural. I think all of these japanese "prank" shows are faked. Unfortunately, American "reality" shows are doing the same now. It's all about ratings.
