I know how stress relieving smoking can be. One day the physical toll of smoking will far outweigh the reasons you smoke for.

Slowly killing oneself to relieve stress is one way of dealing with it. The relief provided by a cigarette is only temporary. The physical damage done is permanent.

I regret making this thread now. I could have said something thoughtful about how harmful smoking is to begin with, or something harm reducing.

Ripping off the filters: Oh, such a great idea.
