Here's why the U.S. is so sure that Syrian president Bashar al-Assad's government was behind a deadly chemical attack on August 21: U.S. intelligence listened in on a phone call between a Syrian Ministry of Defense official and someone at the country's chemical defense unit. That call, according to a report at Foreign Policy, is more or less why the U.S. is certain that Assad's government bears responsibility for the massacre near Damascus.

And there ya have it, as the story spins.

If they listened then they recorded it. Play it for us and ID the callers.

If they can't then they are piddling into the wind (as usual)

If they had the recording they would have already released it. It would be dynamite!

It is that simple.

Except it might be a conflict of interest with The UN

Wow double dipping on this one ehh?

Not only is Assad using chemical weapons (doubt it)
BUT
the NSA found out by spying on phone conversations.. (doubt it)

Turkey I see you, and Saudi Arabia too.. Walking down dark paths.

I dont believe it for one second. This propaganda piece is to drum up support for domestic spying programs, to "show" how useful those programs can be in "combating terrorism".

Maybe Im just getting more experienced at seeing things for what they are, but this is just so transparent, its laughable.

Does anybody else find it convenient that the world was just recently told about the NSA's reach.

Now, the 'evidence' they have is based off of a phone call?
Imagine 6 months before Snowden. And imagine ANY govt to trying to claim an intercepted phone call as evidence enough for war.

Seems without Snowden releasing those files, there wouldn't be as much weight to this claim.

someone just finished saying they were waiting on this news...
the thing is .. its the digital age, we dont know what either party sounds like or if they speak our language.

but the subtitles or voices will say whatever they want us to hear, even if it was not real.
there is no reason to trust anything. and no way to stop it...

shine on you crazy diamond.

Whitewashing, my friend. I had a feeling all along this Snowden thing was 'too convenient.'

Now, just imagine that. Plan an intervention for Syria, throw out a supposed whistleblower on the mainstream media, run stories of government possibly spying domestically, then BAM! Their surveillance thwarted a terrorist attack since the likes of 9/11. And Snowden? His leaks were the catalyst for this terrorist attack.

I enjoy supposition, so take it for what it is, but these things work like clockwork. We aren't falling for their games anymore. And even if I'm wrong, which is more than likely, the point still stands.

Propaganda. I don't believe this for a second. Too many damn coincidences for me.

Strange thing is I was looking into the Britam leaked emails and trying to find out more about where they came from. Here is the post I made about the rabbit hole I found which ties into the NSA spying. The Britam emails said the US and Qatar were behind a flase flag to use Chemical Weapons in Syria.

I have been looking through the files which contained the emails which were faked. And one of the photos led me to this guy.

en.wikipedia.org...

Yes a Swedish politician from Gothenburg who lived in New York City from 2006 to 2010, he is also a member of the Socialist Party USA, Has a wife who is in the UN. And he seems to be tied to Telecomix whos founders were from Gothenburg.

en.wikipedia.org...

Telecomix is tied to hacking and activism and that is what this email leaks were. Strange thing is I thought they were against Syria with the Syria Project they did a while ago. So why are they now pushing propaganda supporting Syria?

The Blue Coat Systems leak showing spy equipment was being used in Syria to spy on it's citizen and was being updated by US companies I thought was a good thing. But was this actually an act against the US and NSA spying on Syria? Was it a case like Haliburton and Koch Industries selling equipment to Iran in order to get STUXnet Virus in the nuclear power plant? Strange rabbit hole I found here folks.

Don't these people have a secure line?

How can they be listening in?

Blue Coat Systems security spy equipment and communication devices. Some how mysteriously sold to Syria and placed in there headquarters. Easy to spy when they install the equipment for you.

errr, thats exactly what they did to convince the UN And world to go into Iraq.

Powell played an intercept of a conversation between Iraqi army officers about the UN inspections. However, when he translated what they were saying, he knowingly embellished it,

POWELL:
"They're inspecting the ammunition you have, yes.''
"Yes."
"For the possibility there are forbidden ammo."
"For the possibility there is by chance forbidden ammo?''
"Yes."
"And we sent you a message yesterday to clean out all of the areas, the scrap areas, the abandoned areas. Make sure there is nothing there.''

According to the official State Department translation (and confirmed for me by Imad Khadduri), the Iraqi soldier merely said:

"And we sent you a message to inspect the scrap areas and the abandoned areas."

The USA has done this before

'' we intercepted a phone call that proves they are guilty ''

when in fact it just shows the US is guilty of manufacturing a war!

Sad to say but NATO belongs to France now. France ls in charge of what NATO does and does not do. And France has been hammered by the US for a while. IMF president framed for rape because he held purse strings on the war on terror which Hillary wanted to have the purse for her self. Sarkozy kicked out and NSA spying on him is what helped do it. And now France is in charge of NATO which Obama needs to attack Syria?

Even if everything the government is telling us is the truth this time, they have been caught lying about things like this in the past so can they blame anyone who doesn`t believe this time?
The problem with being a habitual liar is that the 1 time that you do tell the truth, nobody is going to believe you.

To quote the illustrious orator and former president :george bush
'"fool me once shame on you, fool me twice and ...erm...ahhh...hmmmm...well...hum....you won`t fool me again!"
