So its been 8 long months and just what does the difference look like now?

The Euro is on its way down and the Dollar is rising, the Yuan has been revalued and floated, the Pound is strong, the EU is in denial......

The Euro was a 1.30 back in December, it's now at 1.24 which is not a huge decline. They are predicting the Euro will rise to 1.34 by July 2006.

But that is not what was predicted remember?


the U.S. dollar is roughly 7 percent stronger today against the euro and 4 percent stronger against the pound than in Fall 2004

Well its July 2006, one year later, and its $1.28, pretty close AOB.......

I expected the Euro to drop further than it did. I was wrong.

But alas, at least Airbus is in a downward spiral.
